five(5) Characters and Confirm

STEP Pre-requisites: Install QR Code
1 scanner in your digital gadget
STEP Scan QR code which will be displayed
2 onsite. Signup screen will be shown
 Click Signup button

3.4 Create your own Password with Minimum five(5)
Characters and Confirm

then Submit
 Proxy will be saved, ready for CS
approvals upon receiving of physical
/Scanned proxy form.
 Enter CDS Number of the

of adding proxy then Save Proxy.
