We are looking to annotate multi-lingual videos for the upcoming project.

So I wanted to check
your availability.
We will provide video, subtitles. And the source languages for this project are
as follows: Chinese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hindi, Russian

Instructions:
You will see a 5-15 minutes video, which is a summary of a movie or a TV show. You will be
given a list of sentences that describe the content of the video.
Please align each sentence to video content by writing down the start time and end time of the
video segment that matches the sentence. If the sentence does not match any video content, please
remove the sentence.

1. How much minimum time gap should we use in between the End and Start of the consecutive
timestamps?
->There is no minimal gap between end and start time of the consecutive timestamps. For
example, if the first sentence ends at the 2 second mark, the second sentence can start at the 2
second mark.

2. Is there also a maximum and minimum allotted time to be considered for the timestamps of
each sentence?
->The minimal allotted time of a sentence is 1 second. There is no maximal allotted time for a
sentence.
 3. For example, when the sentence at the beginning of the fifth line should belong to the end of
the fourth line, In this case, can we merge and reorganize parts of different lines but with the same
meaning? Or mark 'no' on the fifth line?
-> Change the content of the text accordingly.
4. If a part of a sentence has nothing to do with the video content, should that part be marked all
'no'?
-> If multiple consecutive sentences all have nothing to do with the video content (which is the
case in your example image). Please label them all as ‘no’
5. If a sentence is in the scene with a watermark or caption, should that part be marked as start –
end time?
-> Both the watermark and embedding caption/subtitles should be completely ignored during
labeling. They should not affect your decision on the start and end time at all.

Could you please provide the annotation sample (for 5 mins) of your language in 12 hours
when you receive the test

Please match the video and text semantically and mute the sound.

*If the sentence does not match any video content, please change the column D (Yes to No)
*If needed, please edit the content of the text accordingly.

(Yes to No)
*如果需要,请相应地编辑文本内容。
