Good day!

This is to inform you that your student is going to participate in a proposal defense of
their research paper within the given dates, October 3-7, 2022, Monday-Friday, 4:00
PM to 6:30 PM, as part of their requirement in the subject, APP5 (Practical Research
2).

With this, we are asking your consent to allow your child to participate and stay on
campus during the entirety of the defense. Furthermore, in the event of any unwanted
circumstances, you will not hold the institution liable for anything beyond its control.
