RE: REQUEST LETTER FOR FIRE AND EARTHQUAKE DRILL

Dear Ma’am/Sir:

Greetings of peace and good health!

As part of our school’s annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our
organization’s emergency and preparedness and response in case of fire and
earthquake, we want to make our students and personnel be aware of the fire and
earthquake hazards inside the school premise and orient them on how to act safely
in the event of an emergency situation.

In line with this, we wish to request your good office to conduct an orientation as well
as a drill on the said emergency situations this coming January 18, 2023 at 9 in the
morning. This will be held at St. Joseph Academy of Candijay, Bohol, Inc.
Poblacion, Candijay, Bohol.
