as Subcontractors, who will perform the various elements of works to be carried out under the
Contract, in the event the Contract is awarded to us.

We understand that for failure on our part to specify a subcontractor for any portion of the work to be
performed under the Contract, it shall be deemed as though we shall undertake the work or portion
thereof ourselves.
