Extension of Rectification of CY 2016-

2018 PCB Data Records and Uploading of
PCB and EPCB Reports
In reference to PhilHealth Advisory No. 2018-0055 regarding unpaid PCB data records for
CY 2016-2017, all accredited PCB providers are advised to contact and coordinate with
their EMR system providers for rectification of affected PCB data records. Please refer to
the schedule below:

2016-2018 In reference to the negative list, the following February 1-
PCB data are allowed for rectification: March 31, 2020
• Discrepancy in member’s last name
• Discrepancy in dependent’s birth date
• Undeclared dependent-child
• Undeclared dependent-spouse
Re-uploading of PCB data records by EMR April 1-June 30, 2020
Service Providers
2019 Uploading of PCB data records (1st-4th quarters) February 1-
by EMR Service Providers March 31, 2020

Regarding submission of EPCB data records as stated in PhilHealth Advisory No. 2019-
0039, please be informed that there is an extension on the encoding and uploading of
EPCB report. Please refer to the schedule below:
