District Monitoring, Evaluation and Plan Adjustment

Synthesis

The program started at 9:00 in the morning at SFCES SBM room. The meeting was
hosted by Euguine Erick L. Dinopol, T.I.C. Maam Ruvelyn Homecillo spearheaded the District
Monitoring, Evaluation and Plan Adjustment (DMEPA) on behalf of Mam Pacita A. Ramos.

Maam Raiya Tama checked the attendance. Each school presented their school’s
tagline as their schools were called.

Maam Imelda Dujeñas led the zumbarrific of the group. The group decided to have the
draw lots for the flow of presentation.

First Presentor - Mam Mosaba Spadilla of Seven Hills Elementary School.

_GPA: Quarter 1 (85.87) and Quarter 2- (86)- significant increase
- 9 personnel were being vaccinated (100% of the school personnel were vaccinated)

-Best Practices- zero drop out, conducted home visitation, strengthen read at home program,
home intervention for reading for frustrated learners, teachers bring the SLM to their respective
homes

Maam Homecillo discussed the last agendum which is the district classroom validation
on February 15, 2022. In the validation included are classroom structuring, functional
principal’s office, SLRC and other mentioned in the previous meeting.
The awarding of Certificates of Participation was headed by the QATAME members.
QATAME members were also recognized as well as the Technical Working Group.
