In Production Facilities Cluster 2, gross flowrate testing of each well will be carried out
by calculating the fluid receipts from the Test Tank. Gross fluids will be stored in a
Storage Tank before being shipped to PB Mahato Cluster 1 using a 6" pipe along 2 km
for further separation process.
In line with the plan to add production wells in Cluster 2 and the construction of
Production Facilities, a power plant is needed that can meet the needs of electrical power
as a result of the addition of active production wells in Cluster 2. The Power Plant to be
built has a capacity of 1.5 MW consisting of 5 (five) units of 250 Kva Diesel Engine
Generator (DEG) and 2 (two) units of GEG 125 Kva.
The processing scheme and supporting facilities at the PB Mahato Cluster 2 Location are

Diesel Engine Generator will use the rental scheme on an ongoing basis.
The Force Major leaking handling event in anticipation of the inability to ship oil from
PB Mahato Cluster 2 to PB Mahato Cluster 1 was caused by a pipe leak. In PB Mahato
Cluster 2, gross delivery will be carried out so that it does not require settling time.
The calculation of storage time requirements is as follows:
The minimum requirement for a storage tank is 4631 bbl ~ 5000 bbl.
5. CALCULATION OF DIESEL ENGINE GENERATOR
There is a need for a Diesel Engine Generator as a power source for ESP. The load list
calculation for ESP Pump is as follows:
ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCULATION AND GENSET SIZING
ESP Pump M C 380 140.00 140.00 289.01 0.80 1 0.80 152.17 114.13
