ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

This is to acknowledge the receipt of the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND

PESOS (Php300,000.00) from MR. MELVIN B. TANCHIATCO of MCT ELECTRICAL AND
BATTERY REPAIR SHOP, as partial payment of the purchase price, interest, penalties
and charges of various automobile products ordered and received by MCT Electrical
and Battery Repair Shop from PPC Asia Corporation amounting to Five Hundred Two
Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty One and 60/100 (Php502,831.60).

The undersigned further acknowledges the receipt of eighteen (18) post-dated

checks (PDCs) for the remaining balance of MCT ELECTRICAL AND BATTERY REPAIR
SHOP/ MR. MELVIN B. TANCHIATCO’s obligation to PPC Asia Corporation in the
amount of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Seven and 00/100 Pesos
(Php16,667.00) for each PDC as follows:
