SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, DIOMEDES M. CABUNTUCAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and

resident of Brgy. 7 Surgui, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, do hereby name,
constitute FELIMAR SENINING CACAYORIN, of legal age, Filipino citizen
and a resident of Brgy. 7 Surgui, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines as my true and
legal representative to act for me and in my name and stead and to perform the
following acts and deeds:

To REPRESENT me in all my transaction/s pertaining to the transfer of

ownership of a parcel of land I sold to NESTOR NICOLAS
CACAYORIN, and the land more particularly described as:

“Lot No. 20668 with OCT CARP 2013001313 with Property

Identification Number 003-15-019-34-013-0000 with an area of
THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE (3,581)
SQUARE METERS”

To PAY the necessary taxes and other fees pertaining to the transfer; and

To SIGN, EXECUTE and DELIVER the necessary documents needed on

the transactions with any agency in relation to the transfer;

To DO such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which
this authority is hereby given:

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite
to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof;
