ASSIGNMENT NO: 2
Aim: To conduct User Research to develop Personas and design user stories.

Problem Statement: Conduct user research for a project of your choice. Use the research data to
develop three personas and create user stories that are reliable representations of the target users.

Theory:
 Explain what is user research and why is it important.
 Define Personas and how to choose a persona.
 What is User Stories and why should they be used..

Output: For your project you need to :

1. Conduct User Research using one of the following: Interviews, Questionnaire or Survey
whichever is appropriate for your project. Justify your choice of research method. Attach the
appropriate proof. Minimum 25 possible users must be contacted.
2. Describe the personas in appropriate templates.
3. For each of the persona , define the user story in the standard format.
4. Create a User Scenario for each User story
