Yearly, Matias B. Salvador Memorial Elementary School is funded by Special Education Fund
(SEF) under Republic Act No. 7160 also known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
The following are the priority projects of Matias B. Salvador Memorial Elementary School
thru Local School Board Fund:
The undying support from various stakeholders can be seen through the increased amount
of donations yearly whether in cash or in kind. This fund is transparently reported its utilization to
the school community.

Republic Act 8525 is also known as Adopt-a-School Program which was established to allow
private entities to assist a public school whether elementary, secondary or tertiary.

From 2018 to 2019, it is shown that the income acquired in the school canteen has increased
from 150000 up to 200000 due to sudden increase of the school enrolment. However, the graph also
shows the effect of pandemic to school canteen which started from 2020 up to 2021. The school
canteen has stopped its operation on March 2020 when COVID 19 virus has spread throughout the
country.

As shown in the graph, the increase of MOOE Fund is evident as the enrolment of Matias B.
Salvador Memorial Elementary School has increased from 636 in 2018, 735 in 2019, 881 in 2020 and
1001 in 2021.
The school ensures that MOOE fund is utilized and reported properly in line with the Annual
Implementation Plan. The monthly liquidation report of the fund is posted in the school
transparency board to clearly state the expenses incurred with the said fund.
