    Subject: Request for supporting letter to Emirates Airline Cargo office

    Dear sir,

    We, Sinohydro Corporation Ltd. has entered the contract with EEP for the execution of 11 Unites Hydraulic
    Steel Structure Works of the Grand Ethiopia Renaissance Dam. We have an air cargo under the Emirates
    Airline with waybill no 176-23699314 containing a dangerous items (contrast enhancer, cleaning agent, etc...)
    which is schedules to depart from HONGKNOG to Dubai on Nov 28, 2020 and from Dubai to Addis Ababa
    on Dec 3rd 2020. But we need the material to arrive here for the Dam project site work test very urgently.
    Therefore we are asking your esteemed office to write us a supporting letter for the Emirates Airline Cargo
    Office to arrange a flight for the material to arrive here if possible on Nov 29, 2020 or in the next flight.

    Your cooperation on this regard will be highly appreciated.
