What Will I Learn in This Training?

● Set up a computer to meet a user's needs.


● Install hardware and software in a company’s
infrastructure.
● Back up a user’s computer.
● Provide IT assistance following an established
procedure.
● Provide support to users on IT tools and security.
● Monitor the availability of a server.
● Manage interactions with IT service providers.
● Manage IT inventory. In addition to these technical skills, you will
● Advocate solutions to improve IT equipment. learn transversal or “soft” skills, which will help
you grow as an IT support technician and allow
you to progress in your career.

IT Support Technician Projects
The IT ST Path has 8 projects that you’ll need to
complete one at a time. You’ll receive a detailed brief
with the context, customer requirements, and
additional details. Then it’s up to you to go and make it
real! To do this, you’ll have to be creative, coming up
with innovative solutions to the questions at hand.

Total hours: 400 hours

The skillset for this path has been mapped to the


CompTIA A+ certificate. You can sit the CompTIA A+
Only the projects are mandatory to
certificate exam after finishing your OpenClassrooms

What Will I Learn in This Training?

Web developers are a fundamental part of any tech team. As


entry-level developers, they bring to life the mockups created by
UX designers. They translate these graphic recommendations into
web languages by writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. They
are often in charge of:

● translating graphical mock-ups into web pages in HTML


and CSS
● integrating text, image, animation, video, and sound
content on the web
● optimizing the performance and compliance of web pages
● establishing communication between the interface and
server with JavaScript
● developing simple web applications from user
requirements specifications

The Web Developer Path has 7 projects that you’ll


need to complete one at a time. You’ll receive a
detailed brief with the context, customer
requirements, and additional details. Then it’s up to
you to go and make it real! To do this, you’ll have to be
creative, coming up with innovative solutions to the
questions at hand.

What Will I Learn in This Training?

By the end of this path, you'll be able to:

● Determine the most effective social media


channels for a brand.
● Create a paid online advertising campaign.
● Report on the effectiveness of a campaign and
goal conversions.
● Develop an editorial calendar.
● Create an emailing strategy.
● Write copy in the brand's tone of voice.

And you’ll have opportunities to acquire many other key


skills you’ll need to succeed as a digital marketer!

requirements, and additional details. Then it’s up to

Explain your project in 15-20 minutes,
followed by questions from an Assessor
Project Assessment
● Once you are ready, you will schedule an
assessment in order to validate your project

● You will be assigned an assessor and the


assessment will take place via a video call, except
from the first project which will be evaluated by your
mentor

● You upload your deliverables to the platform at


least 48 hours before your assessment (deliverables
should be grouped together in a zip file)

● Please follow the correct naming conventions for


the deliverables

● Plan ahead - don’t leave it to the last minute to book


your assessment session

The results

● Once the defense has been completed, the mentor


assessor gives his decision within 24 hours.

● Three scenarios:
○ Validated project: Congratulations! You can
focus on the next project

○ Project to correct: You must make corrections


or add additional elements within 48 hours

○ Project to be reworked: The project is refused, it


is necessary to rework the project and plan a new
defense
