A BILL
To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal
the National Firearms Act.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

4 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Repeal the NFA Act’’.

5 SECTION 2. REPEAL OF NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT.

6 Chapter 53 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986,

7 and the item relating to such chapter in the table of chap-
8 ters for subtitle E, are hereby repealed.
