Dear Mr. Aslam - NOORADOSA GENERAL TRADING LLC,

We hereby inform you that regarding the Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payment system after
the coal is loaded onto the ship (Barge/Mother Vessel) accompanied by a report from the
surveyor (SGS) issuing a report before the ship sails, we have not been able to accept this.
Because there are several things that often happen at the time of shipment that are not in
accordance with the initial commitment, in this case it can be conveyed that the payment
we receive will not be appropriate and will be detrimental to our party.

If Mr. Aslam - NOORADOSA GENERAL TRADING LLC, we are willing to accept the TT payment
system with terms of 5-4-1 (50% Down Payment - 40% Load Process - 10% Document
Verification) or Letter of Credit (LC) at Sight FOB Mother Vessel. We convey this for one
reason or another that we cannot mention one by one in this letter.

Hopefully there is still an opportunity for us in terms of coal supply needed by Mr. Aslam -
NOORADOSA GENERAL TRADING LLC.
