State of Florida State Of Florida, sues defendant, Florida state department of transportation
Department Of Transportation , Parks district manager LlcParks District Management , and
alleges:
1. This is an action for damages that do not exceed the jurisdictional amount pursuant to Florida
Small Claims Rule 7.010(b).
2. Before the institution of this action, plaintiff and defendant had business transactions between
them and on 01/24/2023 they agreed to the resulting balance.
3. Plaintiff rendered a statement of account to defendant, a copy being attached, and defendant did
not object to the statement.
4. Defendant owes plaintiff $941 that is due with interest since 01/24/2023 on the account.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment for damages defendant cause by collaboration of
creativity imagination of leenin of debt and of ownership of Florida State Sole under the ownership
of the great state of Florida and commerce by the City of Sarasota FL since the city docs date and
local county and city law enforcement departments for late active crimes as dealing in goods .
