    Get the dot of
    toothpaste off the
    cup and onto your
    toothbrush.

    Dip your
    toothbrush into
    the water in your
    cup so that it’s
    wet.

    Brush your:

    - Top teeth
    - Bottom teeth
    - Outside teeth
    - Inside teeth

    Rinse your mouth

    with water from
    your cup and, if
    needed, spit in the
    sink.

    Cap your

    toothbrush and
    put it back in the
    toothbrush holder.
