Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced software quality assurance analyst. At W2G, you will be part of the team responsible
for delivering against the product roadmap with speed and quality. Your primary responsibilities will be performing
manual and api tests against our platform in order to ensure quality.

Responsibilities
● Review and Analyze platform requirements in the form of Agile based user stories
● Perform manual/browser-based testing
● Collect and compile statistical quality data
● Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
● Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
● Generate logs to document testing phases and defects
● Effectively report bugs and errors to development teams
● Help troubleshoot issues
● Follow-through and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
● Works closely with Product Management and other cross-functional team members to build great solutions

Required Qualifications
● BS/BA in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent work experience
● Proven work experience as a QA tester or similar role
● Significant work history showing aptitude for QA methodology
● Competence in all technical skills needed to document and troubleshoot errors
● Extensive knowledge of API testing, preferably with postman and webhooks
● Strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience and familiarity with agile requirements and test management software (e.g. Jira)
● Advanced knowledge of SQL and DB tools
 ● Knowledge of Logging tools such as Moesif and DataDog
● Working knowledge of VCS tools such as Github/Gitlab
