Chapter 1 General Information


1-1. General Guidelines
When servicing,observe the original lead dress.If a short circuit is found, replace all parts which are
overheated or damaged by the short circuit.After servicing ,see to it that all the protective devices such as
insulation barriers ,insulation papers shields are properly installed .Confirm that the screws,parts and wiring
which were removed in order to service are put in the original positions, or whether there are the portions
which are deteriorated around the service places serviced or not. And be sure safety of that.

Chapter 3 Matters needing attention


3-1. Safety
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and

persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of


experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Children of
less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

3-2. During Use

DURING DAILY USE OF THE APPLIANCE

entangled. If necessary, put small items into a net bag or pillow.

the mains to save electricity and for safety. Wipe clean the lower

4-2 4.1 ”Power” button


Touch this button (Fig. 4-2) gently to switch on, the
display is shining, the indicator of the “Start/Pause”
button is flashing. Press it again for about 2 seconds
to switch

3.4 Detergent drawer

The recommendation on the type of detergents is su-
itable for the various washing temperatures, please re-
fer to the manual of detergent.
3.5 Function buttons
The function buttons (Fig. 4-6) enable additional op-

9-2. Maintain and Self check


9-2-1. Caution in maintenance
1.Before the failure diagnosis,watch out for the electric shock and make sure that the power plug is
disconnected and then service.
2.After the power switches on,each load will automatically load voltage 220-240V or DC.
3.Before touching the PCB,please touch the earthing wire at first to avoid that the PCB is broken by the static.
4.Exposed terminals,PC board,and rotating parts may cause injury and/or electrical shock. To reduce the risk
of electrical shock,disconnect power and allow 60 seconds for capacitors to discharge before servicing.
9-2-2. Self check
Water distribution test
1.Press the “power” button, and the machine can be lighted up,turn the knob to select the “Cotton” program,
then touch the “Steam” and “Speed” button at the same times more than 2s, it will enter the self test mode,
”8888” will be displayed.
2.Touch “Extra rinse” button the first time,it can check the correct model according to the model
name,When the door switch is closed , the model will be displayed. Otherwise“ E2” will be displayed.
3.Touch “Extra rinse” button the second times,then the program version will be display,such a 0113
this version may be changed when the machine update.
4.Touch “Extra rinse” button the third times, it will check water level and temperature, if there have
problems, the "FA"or"F3" will be displayed, otherwise it will display "9999 ". After 2 seconds, the main valve
allows the water let in, "7777 "will be displayed.
5.Touch “Extra rinse” button the forth times, "6666" will be displayed.water will be let in on the softer box
6.Touch “Extra rinse” button the fifth times,the spray valve allows water let in,and "5555"will be displayed.
7.Touch “Extra rinse” button the sixth times, "4444"will be displayed,
8.Touch “Extra rinse” button the seventh times,"End"will be displayed touch the "Delay" button, return back

9. Press "Temp" button, the washing machine will run at a specific speed, and start to heat ,the temperature
will be displayed, if the water level is lower than 20mm, E4 will be displayed.
Check the motor can run .
Check the water temperature can change, it will be displayed at the same time. if he temperature sensor fault,"F3" will
be displayed.
Touch the "Delay" button, return back to self test mode.
10. Touch "Speed "to enter the noise detection program. The machine will run at a speed of 1000rpm, check the noise.

9-2-3. Model selection


When the display board (on the control panel) is replaced technician need to select the correct mode l according
with the model name on the washing machine.
Turn off the machine ,hold on the power button then touch the “Speed ” about 3 senconds, we can enter the model select
and turn the knob, E80 0 will be displayed ,then touch "Star t /Pause",If the storage is successful,
the screen will display "PASS" otherwise and "FAIL" wil l continue to display.
Please power off.

2.Pull back the top cover and then take it off.
