Please note that F21 will never ask for payment to be made into a different bank account to the one denoted on this Aircraft Charter
Agreement. Please be aware there are various frauds circulating where an entity or person may seek to change, intercept or
otherwise request the amendment of bank account details. This often includes a change of country or bank. If asked to make
payment into a bank account that is different to the one detailed above, or to an account which is different to the bank account to
which you have paid before, please telephone your contact at F21 via the relevant number shown on the F21 website to seek further
clarification.

If for any reason payment of the Service Price or any instalment thereof shall not be made on the due date then the Charterer shall
pay to F21 interest on the amount unpaid at the rate of 4% per annum above the base rate in accordance with applicable local
banking regulation calculated on a daily basis from the due date until the date of payment (both before and after judgment)
compounded monthly.

For the avoidance of doubt, F21 shall not be liable for any delay to the Cargo whilst passing through any airport by virtue of any
customs, immigration, airport policy or otherwise. Further the Carrier shall not be obligated to wait for any delayed Cargo and both
F21 and the Carrier shall reserve the right to procure the STD of any Flight notwithstanding any delay to the Cargo upon which the
Charterer shall have no right of claim.

Final Payloads are subject to weight, balance and weather limitations at the time of the Flight(s) and are also subject to the captain's
and/or the pilot in command’s final discretion

I/We shall ensure that all cargo shall accompanied by the necessary documents for departure from the country of origin, transit
through any intermediate points and entry into the country of destination of the Flight(s) and I/We shall indemnify F21 against any
losses F21 may suffer if any passenger fails to hold any necessary travel document. F21 gives no representation or guarantee that the
Cargo is suitable for loading on the Aircraft and F21 accepts no liability for any loss or damage or inconvenience caused or incurred by
Me/Us in the event that the Cargo is not so suitable and the I/We shall defend and indemnify F21 against any loss or expense incurred
by F21 as a consequence thereof. F21’s right to a defence is separate and apart from its right to indemnification.

I/We shall deliver the Cargo to the departure airport specified in the Schedule properly packaged to the satisfaction of the operator
within the time frame specified in the Schedule. I/We shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the Cargo is packed in an
appropriate way for air carriage so as to ensure that it can be carried safely on the Flight(s) with ordinary care in handling and so as
not to injure or damage any persons, goods or property. In addition, I/We shall be solely responsible for the packing of the Cargo so
as to protect it from all weather conditions to which it may be exposed, including but not limited to rain, wind, heat and cold. In the
event that the Cargo sustains damage as a result of weather, the mere fact of such damage is prima facie evidence that the Cargo was
defectively packed.

Otherwise, the Flight(s) are to be operated subject to the relevant operator’s Standard Terms and Conditions and/or tariffs currently in
force, which please sign on my/our behalf, (or on behalf of the company or corporation for which I am acting) as my/our agent.

I/We accept that F21 has no responsibility for the performance or otherwise of the Flight(s) and that all liability in respect of the
performance or otherwise of the Flight(s) falls upon the operator; I/We shall hold F21 harmless and defend and indemnify F21 against
any claim brought against F21 by the operator or any third party caused by any act or omission on my/our part or that of any of
my/our passengers, associated parties or subcontractors. F21’s right to a defence is separate and apart from its right to indemnity.

I/We accept that F21 may terminate this Agreement immediately if the operator fails to send to F21 any requested documents related
to the operation of the Flight(s).

This booking request may be executed by (i) any individual or entity entering into this booking request as principal (“Principal”); (ii) an
end customer (“End Customer”); or (iii) any individual or entity acting on behalf of an End Customer or Principal (“Agent”) (hereinafter
collectively referred to as the “Parties”). Where any of the Parties executes this booking request or otherwise makes payment or
accepts an invoice from F21, the applicable Parties hereinafter agree to be held jointly and severally liable for any breach of this
booking request whether in contract or tort including any acts or omissions on behalf of any passenger utilising the Flight(s) services.

Each provision of this booking request is severable and distinct from the others and if any provision, or paragraph of one provision, is
or at any time becomes to any extent or in any circumstances invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, it shall to that extent or
in those circumstances, be deemed not to form part of this booking request but the validity, legality and enforceability of that and all
other provisions, or other paragraphs of such provision, of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired, it being the parties
intention that every provision of this booking request shall be and remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I/We accept that all contact with the operator should be through F21 as our agent and I/we shall not contact the operator either
directly or indirectly in relation to any matter pertaining to this Flight(s) or for the procurement of any future air charter services to be
provided by the operator for a period of 12 months from the date of this Flight(s) except as provided for in the Agreement booking
request or with the prior written consent of F21.

I/We accept that F21 shall not be liable for any delay, deviation, cancellation, termination or any other change relating to the Flight as
a result of any decision, outcome or policy pursuant to any sanctions, sanctioned individuals or similar restrictions of any country at
any time, whether trade sanctions, economic sanctions, no fly-zones, air exclusion zones, operator sanctions or otherwise. F21
reserves the right to amend, change or terminate the Flight and this Agreement (or any part thereof) in its sole discretion and without
liability in the event I/We, any passenger or any associated person or entity was, is or becomes subject to any such sanctions.

I/We warrant that I/We are not included or, owned or controlled by, acting on behalf of, or affiliated with entities or persons included
on any of the relevant sanctioned-person lists or otherwise subject to any sanctions or similar restrictions. I/We warrant that there
shall be no sanctioned individuals on the Flight. Further, I/We warrant that I/We shall not act (or fail to act) in a way which could
cause a potential infringement of any applicable sanctions, and I/We shall indemnify F21 against any loss, damage, liabilities, costs or
expenses of whatsoever nature caused to be suffered or incurred by F21 and its officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors, arising
out of any act or omission of Me/Us in relation to applicable sanctions.

This booking request and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-
contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree and
submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

I/We recognise that F21 will receive personal data for the purposes of providing services, facilitating immigration and entry
procedures, and F21 will be required to make available such data to the operator, government agencies and other parties who require
it in connection with the services being provided by F21. Personal data will be held securely in accordance with the F21 privacy policy
which is available here http://www.aircharter.co.uk/legal-and-privacy-policy and also used for the purpose of analytics to improve
services, or personalisation to improve customer experience.

For the avoidance of doubt, any issues caused by or related to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) shall not be an event of force
majeure unless the operator confirms in writing that they are unable to operate the flight.

For these purposes, I/We authorise F21 to retain and use personal data and transmit internationally to the operator,
F21’s offices, authorised agents, government agencies, other operators or other third parties when required. Further,
I/We acknowledge and give consent to be contacted via post, email or telephone by F21 in the future in relation to the
provision of any product and services (such as Inflight magazines) provided by F21 that may be of interest, and accept
that these contact preferences can be changed at any time as outlined in the
