1. Emergency Procedures
a. Emergency Contact numbers or person to contact in case of emergency
b. Evacuation route, Safe Assembly Point and evacuation instruction.
c. First Aid facilities location.

2. Project HSE facilities or Area present condition / hazardous activity and restricted area.

3. Personal Protective Equipment requirements; i.e. face mask, face shield, hard hat, safety glasses,
protective clothing, safety shoes, reflective vest and other required PPE’s.

4. Responsibilities
a. Report to host any unsafe condition or activity observed.
b. Report to host the injury or adverse health effects experienced.
c. Comply with all posted signs, tags and barricades.
d. Comply with all requirements including smoking restrictions.

5. Visitors are not allowed to:

a. Perform work without authorization.
b. Tour unescorted.
c. Remove any property from premises without authorization.
d. Bring cameras, video production and other photographic equipment without prior
authorization.
e. Bringing of deadly weapon at site; i.e. gun, knife, etc.
