I. OBJECTIVE
 To teach young
people how to read,
write & count.

Contemporary
 To be able to
extend god’s greatness, love and joy to the children this upcoming Christmas.
 To make sure that the participant will develop self-esteem in learning.
 To encourage every child that they are POSIBLE to achieve their goal by learning

 To be able to provide to those children whom in need & unprivileged youth with

some resources, to help improved their quality of life even from a simple act but
the fullest way that we can.

II. METHODOLOGY
In this study, we the researchers aim to know the reasons behind why those children

didn’t go to school. The study comprises of the place where the place have those
children we target in this study, and it is located at Bahay Pag-asa Center, Sitio
Manalpaac San Pablo, Cauayan City, Isabela and its about 6.5 kilometer away the
nearest School of san pablo elementary School. We choose to conduct our study to this
place because bahay Pagasa is a housing Site and a rehabilitation facility for the children
in conflict with the law.
 III. STRATEGY OF IMPLEMENTATION
1. Inform the barangay chairman of barangay San Pablo cauayan city for the permision
assistance of our outreach program.
2. The out of school youth and the parents will be gather in a designated room and
informing them the main purpose of the program.
3. Distribution of educational tools and materials.
4. Conducting a one-on-one teaching to every child.
5. Assessing their learnings.

IV. CONCLUSION
This outreach program will help every child to the basic step in achieving their goal, they will
learn how to read, Write & count as foundation of education. Letting them to have a hope for
their future and develop their self esteem. And also their parent will enlighten the benefits and
importance of education.

V. RECOMMENDATION
 The parents should also be aware of rights of their children to have the best quality of
education.
 Parents should at least seek for the help to be able to have the quality education of
their children especially there are a lot of scholarship offering by different people to
avoid confusions.
 The students should also avoid or lessen the factors that can affect to their life.
 Parents must guide their children in developing their learning style.
 LGU must focus to the literacy and giving them educational tools to learn about certain
subjects for them to enhance their learning.
