ABSTRACT

This paper sought to analyze how the system would be developed regarding its
design, features, accuracy, cost savings, and maintenance. The study aimed to
innovate an Automatic Poultry Feeder System for poultry owners and laborers.
Furthermore, to address the circumstances in the feeding methods and the problems
encountered among the poultry owners and laborers using the manual feeding system.
The researchers used a standard survey questionnaire as the primary tool in gathering
the data. At the same time, the experimental and descriptive methods were used on the
20 purposively chosen respondents. Results showed that the system's design
overwhelmingly performed well; the system's features were satisfactorily observed; the
system's accuracy was able to effectively transmit a quick and efficient way of service to
the respondents; the system's cost-saving approach was able to impress to its users;
the maintenance of the product was acceptable, and the system's safety was keenly
observed. Thus, the Arduino-based poultry feeder system was able to improve the way
of feeding, reduce the time in feeding, and was very effective in being used as a cost-
saving system in poultry production.
