concerned, successfully. And now looking into the increasing demand of raw Bandwidth at an affordable
price.

Even if the location doesn’t match to required locations for giving Internet Bandwidth, we will deliver
Bandwidth directly at your locations in a very cost effective manner as far as NLD cost is concerned.

In the following pages you shall find a detailed outline of the solution we propose to you, once we are sure
would cover all your required guidelines and meet your requirements satisfactorily. Should you require any

  Client has to provide adequate height, required to connect link. Along with stable & regulated power
supply.

 IBW requirement would be increased based on usage pattern of the users and the same would be
advised to the client accordingly.
Terms & Conditions

• The formal order & all payments would be released in the name of “Sky FiBER INTERNET ”
 In case customer wants to discontinue pre termination charges will be applicable
 for the remaining month of contract period.

• This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.

 GST (As per government levy) will be payable on all one time and recurring service charges. Any
other levies, which may be incorporated by the Government of India from time to time, will be
borne by the customer.

 Implementation is usually immediate, on receipt of a confirmed Purchase Order. This is however

subject to technical survey, feasibility, availability and other local issues. This is usually
completed within 30 days of commencement.

 All local permissions for installation of equipment etc. will have to be provided by the customer
from the building management. Suitable power and environmental conditions, with proper
earthing and online UPS back up, essential for the customer premises equipment will also have
to be ensured by the customer.
