Invoice Terms & Conditions

1. The transfer of property in goods takes place upon delivery of goods to the purchaser subject
to receipt of payment by Herbalife Nutrition.
2. All relevant provisions of applicable statutes shall be adhered to by the parties concerned.
3. Disputes, if any, shall be brought to the notice of Herbalife Nutrition within 15 (fifteen) days
from the date of payment by the buyer. Otherwise, it shall be construed that there are no
disputes of whatsoever nature at any time in future.
4. Price of Herbalife Nutrition products are subject to revision by Herbalife Nutrition at its sole
discretion without any prior notice .

5. Refund & Exchange Policy:

If, Preferred customer is not satisfied with any Herbalife Nutrition product, he/she
may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price or a
product exchange.

6. All products being returned for exchange/refund shall be accompanied by original copy of
Invoice.
7. All disputes and matters are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Bangalore only.
8. Herbalife Nutrition total financial liability is limited to the amount paid against the order.
9. Herbalife Nutrition reserves the right to alter/modify any terms and conditions at any point of
time without assigning any reason or intimation whatsoever.
10. Herbalife Nutrition recommends following usage instructions of product explained on product
label for optimum benefits.
11. Any amount deposited in to Herbalife Bank Account & not claimed against any orders within a
period of 60 days will be forfeited.
