All stake holders in our project perform their duty as per their job description and
responsibility. their communication is also sound and effective .

Ways of communication in our project were held in both formal and informalways.

4. Procurement

The purchasing process in our site is using collection of Performa. And the selection of
suppliers was held by purchasing committee. but this processes is mostly time
consuming and expensive .

5 Human resource management

In this month the project was less productive due to this reason we were supposed to reduce our
daily laborers .There was also shortage of site engineer .

6.Time management

The project is facing time over run due to late dsigns, shortage of cement,
shortage of rebar, ready mix concrete. The project was supposed to be end
on 7/4/2022 but its completion percentage is 64 %

8 Project material management

The project has poor material handling due to this reason its exposed to high wastages
of materials and corrosion of rebar’s and RHS .I tried to talk with supporting staffs but
they are not taking measurement .

9 Project safety management

The project has safety engineer and nurse and they are trying to minimize accidents as
much as possible. But since its location is at fruit and vegetable market it is exposed to
bad smells. The site is also exposed to theft since it has no fence.

10 PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT

Major risks in our projects are

 Shortage of cement
 Late purchasing problems
 Low labor productivity
 Low performance of sub-contractors
