Dear Honorable Consul,

I, Renzo Chan Tan, bearer of Philippine passport no. P9182964A, and a resident of
San Vicente St., Poblacion, Aroroy, Masbate, would like to observe courtesy and give
proper insight as to why I am currently submitting an application for a Japan travel visa
for the very first time in my life; having been a fan of Japanese culture, I, with my
longtime girlfriend and two college friends, would like to visit and experience, in my point
of view, the most beautiful season in Japan and in Hokkaido prefecture specifically.

That being said, we intend to travel this coming February 16, 2023 via AirAsia Z2 190
with my girlfriend Sharmaine Ricarte Esquilona and have booked flights for the said trip
along with my dear friends Mark Anthony Cano and Lee Ann Espiritu-Cano, with duly
return flights on February 27, 2023 via AirAsia Z2 191 for me and my girlfriend.

I assure you that I can support myself and my friends, if needed, during our whole stay
for our vacation; we will be fully prepared for the weather and would only go to
appreciate the beauty and enjoy what Japan has to offer for tourists.

I fully intend to return to my business and family that needs me; attached are my
documents that support my financial capacity and strong financial ties to the Philippines.

Overall, I trust that you will find that everything is in order and I hope that me and Dr.
Esquilona will get opportunity to travel and my personal details would be helpful in your
consideration in granting us our tourist visas.
