    EMERGENCY LEAVE

    To RHU MUNICIPAL OFFICER:

    Dear doc,

    I would like to ask for your permission that i shall not be able to attend to office/ clinic for the next two
    days due to family emergency , my grandmother was admitted to the hospital due to heart
    failure ,kindly grant me leave today until second day of july ,2021, I have guided my assistant to
    reschedule all appointments with our patients.I shall take care of all the pending work as soon as I
    return to work .I shall be much obliged to you for approving my leave application .
