EDUC 111: THE TEACHING PROFESSION

DAVAO ORIENTAL STATE UNIVERSITY

TEACHING AS A PROFESSION MATRIX

Problem

Aching can be difficult. A crowded syllabus, little funding, and uninterested students are just a few of the
challenges teachers confront in this ever-more difficult line of work. We look at the top five difficulties
facing educators today and discuss the best ways to address each one in order to improve as a teacher.

Research Methodology

Information regarding teaching has been gathered using a variety of techniques. Systematic observation,
case studies and ethnography, survey methods, simulations, comments, concept mapping, and
narratives are the most popular. Each produces a unique type of teaching-related data and may be more
or less appropriate for various goals.

Findings

To address the unique educational needs of the person and of society, teaching is the specialized
application of information, skills, and characteristics. The teaching profession is in charge of selecting
the educational activities that allow the school's educational objectives to be achieved.

Conclusions

Teaching is a career and a way to help kids reach their full potential and learn valuable life lessons
including respect, sharing, ethical principles, and cultural differences. These days, teaching is the
profession that everyone wants. Together, fun and learning are important components of the teaching
profession. Being a teacher does not require you to impart your expertise to others. By instructing,
teachers may get new knowledge for themselves.
