    Resistor are the one of the most common electronic components. A resistor is a device that limits or
    resists current. Resistance is measured in ohms, represented by the Greek symbol Omega (Ω).

    Two Main Categories of Resistor


    1. Linear Resistors – those which obey ohms law
    2. Non-Linear Resistor – consist of three types in common use:
     Light Depended Resistor (LDR) – light sensitive
     Thermisor – heat sensitive
     Voltage Depended Resistor
