I am sending you this communication to inform you that despite repeated attempts to collect the
payment stipulated on our contract with regards to the construction/renovation of your house
located at_______________________ , you have repeatedly circled around your financial
obligations with me. in lieu of this I am giving you 7 days to comply with what was stipulated on
our contract. Failure to do so, I am obligated to pull out my crew and discontinue with all
masonry, electrical and or earth work on the said address. your non-compliance and repeated
disregard on our agreement has made me come up with the said decision.

Should you want us to continue with the construction, I am requiring that we will draw a new
contract as the prices of the material stipulated from the old contract have increased drastically.

I have completed 70% to 90% of the construction despite your lapses in payment which only
amounted to 60% of the total contract price. Contract duration was supposed to be 6 weeks but 
we are now entering week 8 continued work ,despite the fact that you keep sweet talking me
that you will send your partial delayed payments that never materialized on the dates that you
promised. Please do not ask me what I did with what you have paid because as you can see, I
finished more than what you have partially paid me.
