2020 AT THE NIB CONFERENCE ROOM

On Monday, 5th October 2020, an internal meeting was held amongst the International
Curricula Schools (ICS)Team to give updates at 9: 00 am at the NIB conference room.

1. ATTENDANCE

In all, seven (7) members attended the meeting.

2. OPENING

The meeting begun at 9: 00 am after the Private and International Curricular Schools Liaison
stated that the purpose of the meeting was to give current updates of ongoing activities.
She clarified that as instructed by Dr. Ampadu, the ICS team was to meet twice which is on
Mondays, right after the staff meeting and Thursdays after 2pm.
In further deliberations, Mr. Edward Larbi and Mr. Ernest Antwi took the team in managing
files on the google drive, in order to avoid the upload of files unknowingly.
