Who the following applies to:

Housekeeping teams

Tech teams

Security Officers

Supervisors/Team Leaders/SOC’s

Who wears what:

Polo shirts – Housekeeping including Team leaders, Tech services,


security officers and SOCs where applicable.

Shirts and Blouses – SOC’s and stand in SOC’s where applicable.

Ties – To be worn with shirts.

Tailored Trousers and Skirts – All Staff where applicable.

Cargo and Tradesmen trousers – Tech services and housekeeping.

Fleece Jackets – Tech services, Bin room staff.

Soft shell jackets – All staff except Tech and Bin room.

Outer Jacket – All staff except Tech and Bin room.

Hi-Viz Jacket – Tech services and Bin room.

Hats and Gloves – Can be worn by all staff.


Guidelines

Footwear: this should be black or navy, should always be clean and


polished and of smart appearance.

If safety shoes are required as part of your role, they will be provided
for you and must be worn at all times.

Trainers are not permitted, unless doctors note supplied.

Hair: Hair should always be clean and well-groomed.

Nails: Nails should be clean and well-manicured, if nail varnish is


worn, it should be business like, be well-maintained and un-chipped
at all times.

Tattoos: Any offensive or inappropriate tattoos should be covered at


all times.

Jewellery: Should be appropriate and business like.

Name Badges: Should be worn and visible at all times.

Your uniform must always be clean, well-pressed and maintained to


the correct standard. It’s your responsibility to look after it and follow
the correct laundry and care instructions.

Considerations for adaptations may be given for medical or religious


reasons, these changes must be agreed by the General Manager.
Caring for your uniform

 Follow the washing instructions on all items.

Care Guide

Wash separately, machine wash as wool

Remove the item immediately after wash and pull gently into shape.
Place on a hanger and allow to dry naturally.

Do not tumble dry. Do not use fabric softener.

If required iron on a medium setting.
