During my internship at Uniliver Malaysia’s Marketing Department, I learned how
companies determine what product or service to market, how to reach target demographics,
and how to respond to various strategies deployed by our competitors. More importantly, I
had the opportunity to work with seasoned professionals who taught me how to easily grasp
complex marketing concepts and who shared with me the tips and tricks of successful
marketing
I have also acquired a wide range of soft skills such as active listening, teamwork,
networking skills and negotiating strategies that would allow me to integrate seamlessly into
your workplace environment as well as fulfill the organizational needs of a marketing
company.
My active involvement in various academic and extracurricular activities at tertiary level has
also equipped me with the requisite interpersonal and leadership skills vital for success in a
challenging and dynamic corporate environment.
