Dealer Compliance Conditions Job Aid

Introduction: What can I NOT DO with an account with these conditions?


This job aid explains how to identify and service an account conditioned (DC) DO NOT transfer the call to Dealer Compliance
as Dealer Compliance in Process along with how to service additional  DO NOT call (exclude from dialer if dialer outbound call and collector queues)

What does (DC) Dealer Compliance in Process mean?

What does (DC) Resolved mean?


This means Westlake is no longer servicing the loan. The contract has been
reassigned to the producing dealership. Refer the customer to the dealer for all
further inquiries.

What do I DO with an account with these conditions?


 Ok to accept payments
 Ok to answer any loan or contract related questions What does (DC) Closed mean?
Dealer Compliance issue has been settled and regular Westlake servicing
continues.
