CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the end of the chapter we be able to describe the various
component of the theodolite. After done the fieldwork, we understand and can
describe close traverse survey. Example of tool station, tripod leg, measuring
surveying tape and others.

Besides that, we know how to determine the final bearing by using suitable
method. Then we have a knowledge of all the equipment required to carry out. And
we know the advantages of bearing and their use in various survey works.

We are to be familiar with the checks and error in a closed travers and solve
them. We are also to be familiar with various types and methods of traverse
surveying for detailing and we are known well about the traverse computation and be
fluent with it.

After that, we also be able to carry out and reduce a closed traverse and we
get the basic principles of traversing and experiences of the field work procedure, so
that we are able to establish the control points by surveying approach with minimize
errors and practicable.

Furthermore, we obtained develop skill in using total station thus could be

explored more function that assist on the instrument. Finally, we get to know or
understand collimation error and how it can be corrected.
Individual comment – Muhammad Nadzif Bin Sahimi

From all the chapter that have been learned, I be able know how to conduct a
traverse survey by using the equipments such as theodolite, measuring tape, field
book and others. During the fieldwork, even we face many errors when getting the
data, we be able to solve it with the help of all the members. Thanks to all the group
members who have helped me during the fieldwork and Madam Noraain for teaching
us about traverse surveying.
