The senior students of the UEP CBA BS Accountancy program are undertaking this first semester of SY
2022-2023 their Practicum Training for at least 350 hours from October 25- December 30, 2021.

May we request for your kind assistance in accommodating Mr/Ms. _________________ in your student
training program:

May we request if it is possible for him/her to be assigned in any of the section or departments related to
accounting, tax, auditing, and other jobs related to their program of study, and that it be on a strictly work from
home basis, as the condition given by our University President in allowing us to send our students to this practicum
training.
