JB-A series full automatic stop cylinder screen press adopts


the classical stop cylinder technology with the advantages such
as: paper located exactly and steadily, high precision, high speed,
low noise, high degree automatization and so on, it is suitable
for printing on ceramic and glass appliqué, electron industry (film
switch, flexible circuitry, meter panel, mobile telephone),
advertisement, packing and printing, brand, texbile transfer,
special technics etc.

SAFETY NOTICE

◆Please read this notice carefully and get to know the principles for the
machine, safety information and notice before installing and running machine.
◆The user who will operate this machine must have this service manual, read
often and keep it in hand for usual inquiries.
◆The warning signals in this manual and on this machine are used to warm
operators that hurt to persons or damage to the machine maybe happen if you
do not conform to the rules and do not take any responding measure.
◆We require the staffs that will operate this machine:
The staffs who will operate this machine must know the procedures and
requirements how to install, test running the machine, and can take some
responding measures for all kinds of urgent cases that maybe happen. And other
requirements are:
After the persons are trained and qualified, they can run the machine
according to the safety installation procedures stipulated in this manual and
can operate the circuits, must know the maintenance and care.
Remember all the detailed working procedures in this manual, and do the
followings:

(1) Check if the safety equipments are normal every day.

(2) Ensure that all the operators keep cautionary before starting the
machine.

(3) Keep clean for each part.

(4) The machine can not be started without good maintenance, preparation
and adjustment.

WARNING!

(1) Electric shock: even if the power is switched off, the capacitor and
inverter in the machine still have electric shock danger. Therefore, three
minutes later after the power is switched off, you can be allowed to check
and repair the machine. When the machine is normally running, electric
box must be well locked.

(2) The ink and its reducer used on this machine for silk screen printing
are both inflammable. To ensure safety, the machine must be installed at
the location with enough spaces and good ventilation. Around the machine,
clear signs of no burning strictly and enough fire-shutting equipment
should be made.

(3) The machine should have a good ground connection. The input power
is only allowed to connect with permanent fixed power line.

(4) In this machine, automatic components are the basic units to achieve
automatic control. Electrical parameter are set up and tested before
dispatching from our factory. Any non-professional person can not change
them; otherwise the machine can not run normally because of disordered
control.

(5) Forbid children and any persons who do not operate the machine to
touch or approach this machine. The operators for this machine must have
short hair or wear hat and hold the long hair.

(6) Before installing and testing the machine, please read these safety
rules and warnings carefully and all the warning marks shown on the machine.
Make sure that these marks are put on clear location. About damaged or
broken marks, please replace.

(7) Only be familiar with all the safety instructions and stipulations
for installing, testing and operating, move, dismantle, maintain the
machine well, which can ensure the machine runs well.

SPECIAL REMINDER!

(1) Before starting the machine, make sure that advancing table and
delivery table in the machine, the surface of printing roller must be clean.
There are no persons or other matters inside the machine and under delivery
board.

(2) When the machine is running, upper limbs or the body of the
operator can not be beyond the protective bar above the machine; any
adjustment or running can not be done on the machine. When you need to adjust
or maintain the machine, the main power must be switched off or press turn
on emergency stop.

(3) After the power is switched off, do not make any electrical check
and maintenance within 3 minutes because inverter and other capacitor
components are still discharging. Check and maintain inside the machine,
please confirm the main power is switched off.

(4) When the machine stops running, please dismantle the screen frame
and clean it for next use; please clean the surface of printing roller,
ventilate the air holes on roller at a regular time to avoid the ink block
the air holes, or air suction of roller will be effected when printing.

(5) Buttons of emergency stop for the whole machine are installed on
the main control panel, control panel of feeding table, delivery table,
at the right of delivery table. When abnormal information happens, press
the emergency stop immediately to stop the whole machine.

(6) Before starting the machine, please lubricate every required


point to ensure the machine runs normally and prolong its service life.

Ⅰ.Brief Introduction
Ⅰ.Machine features and structure of each part
JB-720A/900A/1020A full automatic stop cylinder screen press is a fully
automatic sheet screen printing machine with high speed、high precision, its
printing range is very wide, and suitable for soft materials varied from 120g/m
² to 400g/m²(paper、white paperboard、printed paper and all kinds of adhesive
sheets).
This machine can meet various printing requirements, especially for color
register like golden and silver in UV bogus metal ink. It is mainly used for
decal printing on labels of china、glasses、ceramics、bikes、sewing machine、
furniture、varnished equipments etc; also can be used to print for soft paper
boxes、paper cartons、advertisement pictures in packaging decoration.
The ink on printed matters is very enough, generally speaking, 30-40 micro
meters, so the printed matters are very colorful, strong three-dimensional
and good cover, which are better than other printing machines.
This machine adopts frequency-converting speed-regulating, automatic
testing in the whole process. The machine is conducted by PLC centralized
control whose operation is very convenient, high sensitivity. So this machine
is widely taken in account and welcome by the factories in the printing fields.
This machine is composed of three parts: automatic feeder, main part, paper
advancing holder. Details are shown in diagram 1.

Model of JB-series full automatic stop cylinder screen press is composed
of machine code and max printing paper width available.
Definition of JB-720A/900A/1020A full automatic stop cylinder screen press
is as follows:

2-2 structure of each part and its function


This machine is composed of three parts: automatic feeder, main part, paper
advancing holder.
Automatic feeder is composed of feeding head, feeding table, feeding board,
motor for lifting feeding table and control panel. It is used to feed the sheets
or others to be printed automatically, correctly and continuously into the
printing part of the main machine.
The main part is called printing part, composed of feeding board, printing
roller, printing, ink reclaiming blade, delivery table and some other control
components. This part is the core of the whole machine, its main function is
to print, and ensure the printing precision together with other elements, and
forward the sheets from the feeder onto printing roller, then output them.
Paper advancing holder is composed of stand and conveyor belt. It is used
to advance the printed sheets from the delivery table of the main part into
drying machine or stacker.

To ensure that the printing patterns are printed completely and smoothly,

The schematics for the main control panel are shown in diagram-4:

1、Vacuum pump button SB0


Press this button, the feeding vacuum pump will be turned on, repress
it, stop working.

2、Delivery table exhauster emergency stop button SB1


Press this button, the delivery table exhauster will be turned on,
repress it, stop working.

3、Ink blade up SB2


Press this button, the ink blade will ascend from the bottom or the medium
up to the top.

4、Ink blade down SB3


Press this button, the ink blade will descend to the bottom.

5、Inch movement of main machine SB4


Press this button, main machine running, unclamp the button, it stops.
This button is used when checking and adjusting the machine before it is
normally running, or when cleaning the half tone. Its function is same as
the one SB9 at the other side of the delivery table.

6、Main machine start SB5


After pressing alarm bell SB6, if there is no malfunction prohibit it
start, the alarm bell will ring, in 10S, press this button, the machine goes
into continuous running. When pressing stop button or emergency stop, the
machine will stop running immediately. Cautions: Press SB1 within the 10
seconds when the bell rings, the machine goes into continuous running. Notice:
before the start button of the main machine is pressed, the machine must be
checked according to “special reminder”

7、Alarm bell SB6


Press alarm bell SB6, if there is no malfunction prohibit it start, the
alarm bell will ring, in 10S, press this button, the machine goes into
continuous running.

8、Orientation stop button SB7

When machine is running, press this button, machine will start


orientation stop, means the framework wills stop at the machine’s final
point, the end of one printing cycle’s position.

9、Emergency stop button SA1


This is used to stop the machine for emergency. Press this button, the
machine will stop everything (except the air pump). For the sake of safety,
4 spare emergency stops are equipped at two ends of the machine left and right,
and at the opposite left. Their functions are same as SA1, so that the machine
can be stopped at any moment for the emergency.

10、Main machine timing button QC1


It is for control and adjust the main machine’s speed, clockwise
rightward turning, main machine runs quicken, anticlockwise leftward turning,
it will slowdown. The speed for this machine is : 1000~3600pcs/hour,for
achieve best printing effect, and avoid overusing machine will shortening
the machine’s lift time, we suggest the best printing speed is : 2000~
3000pcs/hour.

11、Frame RUN SB12


The function of this button is the same as Frame RUN in assistant
manipulate page; The Screen Frame Rack can be pulled out for frame adjusting
or screen frame wash and clean. After the main part of machine stop, press
this button, alarm rings, press it in 3 seconds again, the Screen Frame start
to run slowly, when it runs to the last stop place, upper gear air valve
connected, gear rack loosen, check the frame rack place with the magnetic
spring piece which is fixed in the right upper of delivery part, and the frame
rack can be pulled out by hand, then the cylinder and delivery board can be
seen and easy for clean the cylinder and delivery board, or check and adjust
the feeding action.

12、Frame REPLACE SB13


The function of this button is the same as Frame REPLACE in assistant
manipulate page; after the screen frame rack is pulled out, clean or adjust
finished, push the screen frame rack in by hand, after confirming the original
place by the magnetic spring piece, press the REPLACE button, alarm rings,
press it in 3 seconds again, screen frame rack start to run slowly, when it
runs to the last stop place, upper gear is down and air valve connected, screen

frame rack connect with main transmission again;


Note: 1. before replace it must be sure the screen frame place is the
same point before pulled out.
2. It must be replace again once the screen frame rack runs. Even though
it can't break away from the main transmission because of low air pressure
or failure of cylinder action; or screen frame rack breaks away from the main
transmission, but it connect again with main transmission because of air
supply breaking, all need press the reset button.
Regarding the notes of screen frame rack action please pay attention to
Appendix about the rack out and reset items.

PS: The main control touch screen ,assembled all the operation

for the equipment.

When the touch screen power on, there will be an image on the screen as
follow, choose the language:

Basic printing operation will be done on this page:

1)、Running speed: shows the speed of the machine running;.

2)、Print times: shows the printing amount until now;

3)、Vacuum: press this button one time, the feeder pump start to work,

the button turn red; when press it again the feeder pump stops, the button

turn back to gray, this button has the same function as the button SB0 on

the faceplate.

4)、Pump: press the button one time, the paper delivery pump start to

work, the button turn red, while press it again stop, the button turn gray.

5)、Running mode: This button control the equipment’s running mode,

Normally RUN is for common working, press this button the button will turn

red, and will be the mode at advance. the ASSISTANT page ‘s Scheduled Number

function will come into effect, when the printing times is reach the number,

the equipment will stop automatically, press start button stop this function

or clear the printing times then continue printing; repress the button it

will stop, the button will turn to grey, turn to the normal model again;

6)、Squeegee UP: press this button, the ink reclaim rise to the tiptop;

this button has the same function as the button SB2 on the control panel.

7)、Squeegee DOWN: press this button, the ink reclaim fall down to the

lowest place; this button has the same function as the button SB3 on the

control panel.

8)、 Monitor O/C: Press it, the front side-lay inspection start, the

indicator light turns on; press it again, the inspection stop, the indicator

light turn off. If there is something wrong is inspected by the front side-lay

when the inspection is on and the main printing part is running, the ink reclaim

rise but the main printing part keeps running, if everything goes well, the

ink reclaim fall down and go on printing; While the main printing part is

running without the inspection equipment running, if there is something wrong

is inspected by the front guide, main printing part will stop.

9)、Pointing stop: this button has the same function as the button SB7

on the control panel;

10)、Bell: this button has the same function as the button SB6 on the

control panel.

11)、Longer RUN: this button has the same function of the button main

part start SB5 on the control panel.

12)、Annunciator : when there is some thing wrong with the machine, it

will show out, enter the ALARM page layout, the recorder of the fault can

be found.

Menu button: the button Menu on the PS screen control the change of the screen,
press it, all the page layout showed out, PS screen turns to the page layout
needed.

Ⅲ、Assistant page layout: press “ASSISTANT”, enter:

ASSISTANT

1)、Scheduled Number: set a number in advance when the machine running,


if the printing time come to the certain number, the machine stops
automatically, press the start button or reset the printing time, it will
continue printing; press “OPEN” to open this function, and the button
“OPEN” turn green; press the number pane, enter the number then press
“ENTER”;

2)、COUNTER: shows the total of the printing, and can be reset by the button
“CR”;

3)、Feeder Table Rise time : for the machine running in order the board
of the feeder can rise automatically; usually the rising time should be 0.2s,
also consumer can adjust according to the their situation.

4)、Feeder Table Fall time : press the falling button, the board of feeder
keep on going down, while setting the time, it stop automatically; it also
can be stopped by pressing the falling button again or touch button.

5)、Bell Ring time : press the BELL before the main part running, the
alarm will caution the operator.

6)、Feeder UP: press this button, the feeder board rise automatically
until the paper come into contact with the feet of the blow, but the feeder
board can keep on rising by press the touch button or rising button until
the paper come into contact with the place limited switch SS2. while the place
limited switch SS1 turn-off, the feeder board can’t rise automatically.
Attention: the height of the paper must not exceed the press feet of feeder.

7)、Feeder DOWN: press this button, the feeder board keep on falling,
the board will stop automatically; the feeder board also can be stop falling
by pressing the button again;

8)、EXP. UP: unclose the handle of the delivery, press this button the
delivery board fall to the rock bottom;

9)、EXP. DOWN: press this button, the delivery board rise to the tiptop;
the button 8)、9)、control the rising and falling of the delivery board, it
convenient for cleaning and mending the machine. The handle of the delivery
board should be unclosed before the delivery board falling. Attention: the
delivery board should be locked before the machine running; ensure there is
no people or sundries under the delivery board before pressing the delivery
board falling button.

10)、 Sensor Counter: press this button, the count mode go to Sensor
Counter ,count by EXP. sensor when printing (squeegee down to bottom
limit),means count one if one paper is printed, one paper go to EXP. sensor;

11)、Sensor Counter:press this button, the count mode go to Cycle Counter,


count one if machine run one cycle when printing(squeegee down to bottom).

Ⅳ、Inspection page:

Click the button “MONITOR” on the bottom of the screen, enter:

MONITOR:

1)、Monitor O/C : Press it, the inspection function is on, the touch button
turns green, at the same time, the front side-lay inspection start, the
corresponding touch button turns green; press it again, the inspection stop;
If there is something wrong is inspected by the front side-lay when the
inspection is on and the main printing part is running, the ink reclaim rise
but the main printing part keeps running, if everything goes well, the ink
reclaim fall down and go on printing; While the main printing part is running
without the inspection equipment running, if there is something wrong is
inspected by the front guide, main printing part will stop.

2)、Front Lay L/R O/C: click this button, the sensor on front side-lay
start, the button turn green, click it again, stop.

3)、Side-lay L/R O/C: control the sensor of the left/right side-lay, click
this button, the sensor on side-lay turned on, the button turn green , click
it again, it stop; when the inspection is on, the sensor on both side are

on, when the paper get to the side-lay, the sensor of the other side will
be off. Notice: only one side of the left/right side-lay can be available
one time.

4)、Continous /single O/C: Under the different feeding mode to choose


the different sensor inspection, the inspection way must be corresponding
to the feeding way ; about the choice and adjustion of feeding way please
refer to 4-3.

5)、Monitor Setting: Press it, PS screen turns to the page The photocell
of monitor setting.

When the front lay and side lay’s sensor inspection start, the paper
arrived the sensor inspection point with no error, the corresponding location
will display green light.

Ⅴ、Set up page of Photocell

This page contain all start/stop choice and detection choice of seven
photocells.

After choosing the photocell, then start the detection, all photocells
will start, for example if we choose EXP/L-F/R-F/L-S/Continuous photocell,
when start the detection, the five photocells all start.

After choose the Stop function of each photocell, if it detect there are
problems, the machine will stop printing or stop, If choose non-stop, if it
detects there are problems, the machine won't stop printing or stop.

Ⅵ、State display : Press the page’s switch’s PLC I/O button, enter:

This page display the equipment’s main control PLC element current each
enter and out dots’ connect and break state, convenient the examination of
the installing and repaiding the equipments.

Ⅶ、 Alarm signal information page :

Press the page switch’s ALARM button, enter:

Display the equipment current and latest alarm signal records.

Ⅷ、Be controlled manager


Enter the control page layout by pressing the “control page layout”
button:
There are three pages of display and operation is controlled by it. They
are coder page, grating control page, equipment operation record. Input “1”
after the function coder, and input the password level: 8335, it will be the
touch key of the coder page, enter the 2 password(9955), there will be the
touch key of coder page and grating control page, input the three-level
password, all the touch key of the pages that be controlled will be showed.
Press “close the touch key” button, all the touch keys will disappear.
Coder page layout only be used when adjusting, please don’t adjust the
data of this page, otherwise there will be some fault of running.

Ⅳ. Adjustment and Test running of full automatic stop

4-1 preparation and check before operation


Before the machine is switched on and running, please confirm if the input
power line is correct connection, if it is fixed; confirm there is no person
working under the machine or in the machine; confirm if the lubrication is
done; confirm if they are clean on the tables. Keep the surface of roller clean;
confirm if there is any trouble and solve it.

4-2 start the machine

After careful check, turn on the switch of power supply QF shown in the
diagram 7, the main machine will be switched on and the PS will initialize.

4-3 option for normal feeding and continuous feeding

In this machine feeding modes have normal (interval) feeding: the previous
sheet does not touch the following sheets, there are some distances among
sheets; continuous (layer) feeding: sheets touch each other, the paper speed
on feeding board is slower than that when normal feeding, but the feeding speed
of feeder is faster.
Feeding modes can be changed by different set of clutch equipment to meet
different customer’s requirement. The clutch equipment is shown in the
diagram 7. After the machine is started, move the machine by inch till the
lock screw on the converted equipment B will move out, stop the machine, loosen
it by M4 hexagon wrench, move B to A, it is normal feeding, to C, it is
continuous feeding. Fasten the lock screw on B again. In the machine, C element
is big, it is near the wall and out.
Note: The feeding inspection way is depended on the feeding way, when B
move to A, it’s single feeding, the inspection way must choose “single
feeding” or close the feeding inspection; When B move to C, inspection way
must choose “continuous feeding” or close the feeding inspection. Or it
appears inspection wrong.

4-4 adjustment of stacker and feeding board


The left and right of paper pile should abut the left and right register
whose position can be manually adjusted by loosening lock wheel. Try to put
paper pile in the middle of feeding table, incorrect feeding in feeder will
cause trouble.
Paper pile register: the position of the paper pile depends on side guide,
generally speaking, the parallel distance between paper edge and side guide
is 6-8mm. There are scales in the center of paper stand and two side guides,
the center of two scales are at the same line, therefore, the relative distance
between side guide and paper edge can be confirmed by the two precise scales.
During working, if you find the position of paper pile is not ideal, adjust
it by hand wheel, or circumgyrate the adjusting rod of side-lay directly to
adjust the side-lay place.
Inch move the machine, when the pressing foot H of air blowing (diagram 8)
descends at the bottom, stop the machine; ascend the feeding table, (at this
time, the feeding table ascends automatically, when paper pile touches H,
ascending stops). The top sheet on paper pile should be 8~10mm lower than the
top side surface of paper advancing roller (diagram 9). If paper pile is too
high or too low, loose the lock nut C (shown in diagram 8), rotate D, the paper
pile ascends by clockwise rotation, vice versa. If you find the pile height
is not suitable during paper advancing, you can rotate F, adjust the height
of the whole feeder.

4-5 feeder adjustment


Shown in the diagram 8, after the feeding table is ascended, loosen G, rotate E to make
the feeding head at correct location. After adjustment, the pressing foot H of air blowing
should be put at 5 mm from paper edge (see diagram 9). After being well adjusted, fasten
the lock nut G.

4-6 sucker, sheet separator and back jogger bar adjustment


In this machine, the sucker in feeder has sucker for loose sucker (diagram
10), sucker for paper forwarding (diagram 11).

Loose sucker lies 10mm at the back of paper pile, its height of air blowing
is to blow 4-5 sheets, which can be adjusted by micro knob K. The air pipe
will prolong if K is rotated by clockwise. More sheets it blows, less sheets
it blows when reversing rotation. Air of loose sucker is adjusted by the button
A shown in the diagram 8. Sucker for paper forwarding is used to lift the paper
and forward the paper. In order to absorb the paper stably, adjust the height
and the angle degree between the table and sucker. Shown in the diagram 11,
loosen N, rotate M to adjust the turnover angle of the sucker, the angle a
will diminish by clockwise rotation, vice versa. Generally speaking, when
forwarding thick sheets, angle a should be smaller; for light sheets, a should
be bigger. Air of sucker for paper forwarding is adjusted by B shown in the
diagram 8. It will be little when clockwise rotation, and great when
anticlockwise rotation.
Paper separator lies above paper pile and presses on paper pile at 5-10mm
front to separate the sheets. The pressure depends on different paper
thickness. If too tight, the sucker for paper forwarding can not work; if too
loose, double-sheet will happen. Generally speaking, the pressure for light
paper is small, for thick paper is big. Shown in the diagram 12, the pressure
of paper separator can be adjusted by rotating S, and the pressure will become
small by clockwise rotation, big by anticlockwise rotation. The front-and rear
location of the paper separator can be adjusted by rotating T. The paper will
go forward by clockwise rotation, backward by anticlockwise rotation.

Back jogger bar should be close to the back edge of paper pile, press the
pressure block on paper. It is used to avoid the paper disordering, warped
effectively when the feeding hear forwards paper. Shown in the diagram 13,
loosen R, adjust the angle degree of back jogger bar.

4-7 adjustment of feed pressing wheel

In this machine there are two groups of feed pressing wheel. The distance
between pressing wheels is adjusted by different printed matters. Shown in
the diagram 14, loosen C to move the pressing wheel breadthwise, its position
is always at 1/5 away from paper edge, and the left must be symmetric with
the right. The space between pressing wheel and
feeding roller can be adjusted by screw B, the
paper pressure is adjusted by screw D. The space
between pressing wheel and feeding roller, and
the pressure of pressing wheel is adjusted by
the printed matters.

4-8 adjustment of sheet traveling table

Adjustment of sheet traveling table is composed of adjustment of conveyor


belt and feeding pressure. The conveyor belt can be moved horizontally to meet
the printed sheets with different specifications. After it is positioned, run
it continuously without load so as to check if the tightness of conveyor belt
is suitable.

Note: The adjusting directions of conveyor belt in feeding part and delivery
part must be same.

The feeding pressure in this machine is caused by the balls (including glass
ball and steel ball) in paper pressing bar on the frame. The whole frame can
be lifted up so that the twisted sheets or spoiled sheets can be taken away;
solve the trouble occurred on feeding table. Paper pressing bar can be adjusted
horizontally according to paper width to ensure the balls press on conveyor
belt. The pressure can be adjusted by balls numbers and balls materials.

4-9 side guide choice and its adjustment (shown in the diagram 15)

The side-lay is pull and push one.


Through the adjusting rod of side-lay,
circumgyrate the adjusting handwheel
directly which is in the outside of the
machine to adjust the side-lay place, after
finishing, lock it.

Rotate the hand wheel A to adjust the pressure when side guide pulls paper.
The pressure will become big by clockwise rotation, vice versa.

Note: the left and the right side guides can not be used at the same time.
When using one group of side guide, the other side guide bar must be dismantled.
The method is: dismantle the contacting screws (totally four, two each in the
left and in the right), take away the pull guide bar. The side guide shown
in the diagram 15 is the left pull guide, adjust the right pull guide same
as the above-mentioned method. When use the left or the right pull guide, the
pile positioning must be the same side with the used pull guide.

4-10 adjustment of sheet presser and front guide

The front guide in this machine is made up of


one pair two pieces, its position is fixed on
paper holder and can not move left and right.
Shown in the diagram 16, when printing the thicker
sheets, the space h between front guide and paper
holder is 1~2mm; when printing the light sheets, Diagram 16
h is 0.5~1mm. The front guide should be about 5mm more inside the paper holder.

4-11 installation and adjustment of scraper and ink reclaiming

blade
Because scraper and ink reclaiming blade will directly effect printing
quality, pay more attention to adjusting them carefully.
Shown in the diagram 17, align with the hole of doctor blade, fix the doctor
blade on its stand by scraper. The two fixed stands must be symmetric according
to the length of doctor blade (if the length of doctor blade is 20~30mm wider
than the width of printing patterns, the center of doctor blade and the center
of the pattern must be the same line). After adjustment, fasten the lock screw
A on the fixed stand.

The angle degree of the stand is adjusted by the lock bolt B, its adjustable
range is 5º~30º.When “0” on the scale aims at the base line, the angle degree
of doctor blade is 15º, at this time, for the front-and-rear position of doctor
blade (the scale is shown at the right in the diagram 17), “0” also aims
at the base line. According to the printing purpose and ink information, the
user needs to choose the best angle degree, just loosen the bolts B (each one
at the left and right) to turn over the angle degree of doctor blade, then
the front-and-rear position of doctor blade should be adjusted so that the
rubber edge of doctor blade touches the roller, and always is at the same line
with the diameter of screen frame vertical to the roller. Note: every time
the doctor blade turns over at 5º, front-and-rear position of doctor blade
is adjusted to 9mm. if the angle degree of doctor blade is not responding to
the front-and-rear position, the central line of roller surface does not aim
at the rubber edge, so this is difficult to achieve correct printing precise.
Adjust front-and-rear position of doctor blade: loosen the lock bolt C, rotate
the hand wheel at the right.

The printing pressure of doctor blade also directly effects printing quality.
Adjust the printing pressure: loosen the lock bolt D, rotate the hand wheel
on the top, the pressure will become large when clockwise rotation, vice versa.
After adjustment, lock all the lock bolts.
Ink reclaiming blade is used to smooth the printing ink, its pressure is
adjusted by ink quality, numbers and halftone numbers. Shown in the diagram
18, loosen the lock bolt, rotate the handle to adjust the pressure of ink
reclaiming blade. The pressure will become large when clockwise rotation,
small by anticlockwise rotation. After adjustment, fasten the lock bolts.

Note: 1.The pressure at both sides of doctor blade and ink reclaiming blade
should be same.
2.To achieve good printed sheets, please grind the mouth of doctor blade
often to keep the knife sharp. The ink reclaiming blade should keep clean,
smooth to avoid damage the halftone.

Shown in the diagram 19, put the printing
halftone into the halftone stand carefully,
confirm if it is put correctly (halftone
directions, pattern directions refer to
2-5), then take down the halftone clamp and
adjust the clamping strength by rotating

Note: the clamping strength should make sureto fix the halftone firmly, the
strength of four halftone clamps should be same.

After the halftone is installed, adjust it up and down, left and right, front
and rear.

halftone stand.

Shown in the diagram 20, the top is for adjusting the front stand, loosen
the bolt on screen frame fixed clamp and the lock nut of the handle, the rotate
the handle, the halftone will descend by clockwise rotation (outward). The
below is an equipment for adjusting the back stand, rotate the hand wheel,
the halftone will descend by clockwise rotation.

Note: Adjustment of the front stand and the back stand must be same to keep
the halftone horizontal. The space (shown in the diagram 22) between halftone
and the roller is 4~10mm.(depends on detailed situation)

b) left and right adjustment: the first hand wheel of the back stand near
the wall is used for left and right adjustment, shown in the diagram 21, loosen
the two lock bolts, the halftone will move to the right by clockwise rotation
by the hand wheel, move left by reversing rotation.

c) front and rear adjustment: shown in the diagram 21, this front and rear
adjustment is also done on the back stand. Loosen the lock bolt, the halftone
will move backward by clockwise rotation by the hand wheel, move forwards by
reversing rotation. There are totally two for adjustment, one is in the left
and the other is in the right, both of them are on the back stand and they
must be same.

4-13 usage of delivery table


In order to clean the halftone and check the machine conveniently, turnover
mechanism of delivery table is installed in this machine. Turn on the wrench
at the back of the delivery table until the limit switch of delivery table
is off, press the button down (with the mark “↓”) of the delivery table
on its control panel, the delivery table will turn down until the bottom limit
of delivery table, press up button, the delivery table will ascend. Note: just
turn on the wrench to switch off the limit switch of delivery table, the machine
is only inching movement, therefore, after cleaning the halftone or checking
and repairing the machine, turn the wrench to the original until the limit
switch of delivery table is on.

4-14 installation and adjustment of sheet advancing holder


Sheet advancing holder is a part used to forward the printed sheets to drying
machine or stacker. This part can be assembled according to the different
location of drying machine or stacker, till to the finishing part.
Connect sheet advancing holder and printing part, loosen the plate and the
bolt under the sheet advancing holder, adjust the position of sheet advancing
holder and printing part well, the conveyor belts of sheet advancing holder
should be parallel with the ones of printing part. Paper-in part should be
a bit lower than paper-out roller 4-8mm, distant by 5-8mm, after good
adjustment, fasten the four bolts, take the chain to connect the main machine
with the driving part of sheet advancing holder, then install the cover.

4-15 running of the whole machine


After the following check and adjustment are completed, the whole machine
starts running.
Running procedures:
turn on the switch of main power QF → press alarm bell SB1 → move SB 8

test system on ← air pump M4 M5 start ← feeder vacuum pump M6 starts
Stopping procedures of the machine:
feeder vacuum pump M6 off → air pump M4 M5 stop → test system off → turn
off the switch of main power QF
Abnormal treatment procedures:
emergency stop SA / turn off M6→ treat abnormal situation→ press the
button of alarm bell SB1

Ⅴ.Association with sheet advancing holder and drying


part(only for paper clip drying machine )

This machine is connected with sheet advancing holder by two rows of ball
chains, the chain teeth of two rows are 32, tooth space is 12.7mm installed
in the bottom right of driving side. In the diagram 23, two-row chain wheel
is optional used to connect sheet advancing holder or drying machine, but in
this machine it is not installed. Always this chain is matching when purchasing
drying machine. Note: after the chain is installed, check if the input printed
sheets are suitable for drying machine, if unsuitable, adjust sheet advancing
holder. The detailed adjusting methods refer to 4-13 in this service manual.

Ⅵ.Maintenance and Care


Correct maintenance and care to the machine can keep its working precision,
prolong its service life. According to maintenance requirements, lubricate
the required points in the machine.
Points are to be lubricated every shift(Add with 30# mechanical oil):
1.square, round rail for supporting the halftone to move.
2.supporting shaft and some connecting points of scraper and doctor
blade
3.air suction supporting plate and friction surface of roller
4.feeding device
5.each side guide

Points are to be lubricated every week(Add with butter):


1. fan-shaped gears of roller
2. rolling gear, gear rack
3. working surface of cam
4. oil holes

Points are to be lubricated every year: gear speed variation box, worm speed
variation box, each oil bowl on the machine
stand.

Note: worm speed variation box of the main machine has been used for 200
hours at the first time, change its 30# mechanical oil. Later replace it once
every year.

Normal maintenance:
1. Lubrication must be done before every working shift.
2. Each running part should be cleaned every month, keep the roller, register
plate and the three sensor head clean, avoid air sucking holes on roller or
photoelectric sensor head blocking by ink or others dirty.
3. Dismantle and wash cylinder air valve of feeder, air suction supporting
place of roller every half a year.
4. Do not pull or press the outer soft pipe and electric wires.

Ⅶ.Common trouble and solutions


When trouble happens, please first look at the alarm indicating page shown
in the touch screen, then check or solve the trouble according to the following
table. Because the trouble in the machine is various, the treatment method
is to solve the detailed trouble. Hereby we provide some examples:

Ⅷ.Movement, installation and storage


Move the machine
This machine is composed of three parts: feeder, main machine, sheet
advancing holder.
(1)in the feeding part, the base of wooden case is hoisted by the crane.
(2)in the main machine part, the base of wooden case is hoisted by the
crane.
(3)in the sheet advancing holder part, the base of wooden case is hoisted
by the crane, or dismantle the wooden case and take down the base screw,
lift the sheet advancing holder directly by the crane.

Machine installing space and its operating position (shown in the


diagram 2, the thick and broken lines, its relative size X, Y, Z is shown in
the chart 1).

3. Installation procedures
(1) lift the four ring screws by the crane, put the main machine onto the
firm and smooth floor.
Keep the machine in balance from the bolts under the main machine: put the
level device in the middle of the machine. Keep the balance of the front and
back stand, then find the horizontal balance. The level precision of the
machine stand is on the basis of ≤0.5mm.
(2) connect the feeding part with printing part, aim the holes on wall arm
in feeding part at the ones at the side in printing part. If they are not in
good order, adjust it by the bolt under the machine stand. When rotating the
level bolt, adjust the level carefully according to the device so as to avoid
the machine balance damaging, the level precision of the machine is on the
basis of ≤0.5mm.’
(3) after the feeding part is connected with printing part, adjust the height
of the plate to make it parallel with feeding plate in printing part, then
connect.
(4) after the feeding part is connected with printing part, connect the cable
with socket with wire distributing box in feeding part. When wiring, please
insert the socket one by one as per the marks.
(5) the connection between sheet advancing holder and printing part refers
to 4-12, installation and adjustment of sheet advancing holder.
(6) please connect the QB60A compound air pump (air pump for paper feeding)

well, QB40A compound air pump (air pump for roller), cables of power supply
and air pipe.
(7) this machine adopts the power of three-phase 380V 50HZ. Do be careful
to make sure the wires are fixed and safety after switching on.
(8) turn on the main power, press inch movement, check the running directions
of the motor in main machine. The conveyor belt should run towards the drying
machine, that is right. If the direction is not like the above, please switch
off the power immediately, adjust the terminals of the power, then switch on
the power once again, make sure the directions of the motor again.

(9) confirm the running direction of the motor is right, please check the
directions of: the motor for lifting doctor blade, the motor for lifting paper
stacker, the motor for lifting delivery table, air pump motor for feeding,
air pump motor for roller, air pump motor for delivery. When the main motor
runs normally, all the above motors should run normally.

Note: all these are tested before the machine is dispatched from our factory.

4.Storage:
The machine can not be installed or stored in the following environment:
(1) in the strong sunshine or the environment temperature exceeds 40℃;
(2) there is some snow or rain breaking in or the temperature changes strongly
or frosty places, the moisture degree is more than 90%;
(3) too much dust, or high saline, high metallic;
(4) strong vibration or impact which maybe transfers to the machine;
(5) strong electromagnetic and radiation environment.

5.Dismantle or waste treatment


This machine is packed in wooden cases, which can be used again and again. Please keep
them for future use or return. Dismantle the screws fixed on the base of wooden cases
for the machine, and they can be reclaimed or returned.

The manual of adjust and maintain for fiber sensors

Keyence FX-V11 fiber sensors (the max.detecting distance is


about 300mm) only for stop-cylinder screen press. All time
Open the front end locked pole, insert the fiber sensor head into it about
10mm, then lock it again.
Connection: Brown line connect with DC24V anode (24+ or +24), blue wire
connect with DC24V cathode(COM), black wire is signal line which connect with
PLC or other input for controlling(for example X12).
SET is for setting, MODE is for selecting mode, UP and Down button is manual
setting button of sensitivity.
D.ON/L.ON key is for selection of the high & low voltage signal (normally
is the L.ON mode, the fiber sensor head is blocking and signal output)
※:Coarse detecting distance adjusting (two type)
I. Two point type: put the detected object in upward side (the wished
highest detecting position) of optical head, press the “SET” to set, then
remove the detected object, press “SET” again to confirm. Then when the
object pass below the setted highest point, the amplifier output signal. ※
II. Pressing for a long time: put the detected object in upward side (the
wished highest detecting position) of fiber amplifier head, press the “SET”
for 3 seconds or more, which is be setted; when the object below the setted
highest point, the amplifier output signal.
※:Micro-adjust for the detecting distance: using lifting button, press
“ ”, make the sensor’s sensitivity higher,current setting value will be
lower, when the current induction value is higher than the setting value,
signal output; press “ ”, make the sensitivity lower, increase current
setting value. (induction value: the value showed when the fiber sensor head
is covered, when induction value more than setting value, the amplifier start
to output signal
Mode selection “MODE” key (the display changes every time the MODE
button is pressed): press once, display -HLD, screen display HLD and induction
value changed alternantly. Press one more, screen shows XXXP, which is excess
gain. Press again, it display –HLD, screen display the –HLD and increase
value changed alternantly. Press one more time, shows the number XXX
(induction value)

Press “MODE” key for 3s more, enter mode selection (light intensity /
timer):
1. Display “Turb”, when FINE is flashing, press “UP” and “DOWN”,
can do choice, normal FINE is green ; if detecting distance is not enough when
“FINE” mode, choice TURBO choice green; SUPER choice green (only condition
is bad, take heavy dusty for example);
2. Press “MODE” again, display “DLY”, and OFF is flashing ,then press
“UP” and “DOWN”, can do choice ,if OFF is green(normal, without delay),
10MS is green (imply output time delay for 10MS), 40MS is green (imply output
time delay for 40MS).
Normally, D.ON/L.ON dial button is L.ON mode display all number mode.
It’s FINE and OFF under MODE, Don’t change it, if it needs adjust the
induction distance, please using ※ item to adjust. Normally, using it’s
ok for users.

Omron E3X-ZD11 fiber sensor amplifier (the max. detecting


distance for white one is about 150MM, for blank one is about 50MM,
normal is about 100MM) used after 2011.02
Open the front end locked pole, insert the fiber sensor head into it about
10mm, then lock it again.
Connection: Brown line connect with DC24V anode(24+ or +24), blue wire
connect with DC24V cathode(COM), black wire is signal line which connect with
PLC or other input for controlling(for example X12).
L/D is for selection of high & low voltage signal (normally is Mode L,
the fiber sensor head is blocked and signal output, and the L of under digital
display is light, press L/D change to Mode D, D light and signal output when
there is no blocking or stop.)
TEACH is for choosing test mode, press it and TEACH of upper digital
display is light, it returns to run mode if no operation about 10s, normally
it's run mode.
Detecting distance adjusting:
The UP/DOWN small button under the digital screen is detecting distance
adjusting button, Press “UP”, output value increase, detecting distance
will be longer, press “UP” all times till digital pipe display 9999, the
distance is minimum; Press “DOWN”, output value decrease, detecting
distance will be increase, press “DOWN” all times till the digital pipe

display 1, the distance is maximal.


When the machine out to factory, normally the mode is RUN and L

Omron E3X-ZT11 fiber sensor amplifier (max.detecting distance


is about 200MM) before 2010 year
Open the front end locked pole, insert the fiber sensor head into it about
10mm, then lock it again.
Connection: Brown line connect with DC24V anode(24+ or +24), blue wire
connect with DC24V cathode(COM), black wire is signal line which connect with
PLC or other input for controlling (for example X12).
TEACH is for setting, TEACH/TEST is for changing the running mode.
D/L is for selection of high & low voltage signal (normally is the L mode,
the fiber sensor head is blocking and signal output)
TIMER ON/OFF is for selection of output time delay (normally is OFF mode,
which is signal output without any delay).
Detecting distance adjusting :
Two point type: select the TEACH/TEST running mode to TEST mode, put the
detected object in upward side (the wished highest detecting position) of
fiber sensor head, press the “TEACH” to set ,remove the detected object,
press “TEACH” again to confirm. Then change the mode to RUN for normally
running. When the object pass below the setted highest point ,the amplifier
output signal.

Fiber sensor maintance of Automatic screen press

Ⅰ、The material of fiber sensor core is acrylics, which is easy to corrode


and damage.
Maintains attention:
1. The dusty and sundries on fiber sensor head will influence the
capability ,it should clean the fiber sensor head termly , usually weekly,
if the condition is bad, should be more times.
2. Don’t use the corrosive solution to clean the fiber sensor head,
which will damage the fiber sensor and become useless or sensitivity will
decline; Using air pipe to blow the dusty and using soft fabric to clean,
usually using soft fabric to clean is ok.
Note: The thinner, clean water for screen frame all are high corrosive
solution, alcohol and petrol all are corrosive to acrylics;
3. Don’t using keen-edged to touch the fiber sensor head, when
sundries in the head should to blow it out or using soft fabric, or using
squeegee or film to make the sundries out, if using hard material to clean
the head which should keep away from the core.
4. It should be cleaned immediately once the ink or feculency on the
head.
Ⅱ、Due to conduction of the nature of the fiber sensor, don’t put heavy
things on it, hit, stretch or compress, distort, bend overmuch( bending angle
under R25) to prevent core is broken, fracture;when fiber is installed, it
should be coated to protect casing, to reduce the pressure of touch, stretching,
bending and impact on the fiber core; Especial attention, the two ends of the
fiber (the junction of connect with stainless steel fiber and access of
connecting with amplifier) should maintain a bending angle as large as
possible.
Ⅲ、The outer layer material of fiber sensor is TEFLON, with certain heat,
corrosion resistance, but can’t be long on the high-temperature, high
corrosive gas/liquid environment.
Ⅳ、Hold the stainless fiber sensor head to install or disassemble the
fiber sensor, Don’t distort strongly to prevent the broken of fiber sensor
core.

Attention:
All action of fiber sensor are working with inductor (JB-720/780/1020) or
coder (JB-720A/900A/1020A) together; the fiber sensor will inspect and output
signal (normal/stop/pressure out), when the machine runs in the certain place
which setted by inductor or coder.
The main cooperation point of fiber sensor and inductor or coder (take
continuous inspection for example)
Correlative fiber sensor and inductor: continuous fiber sensor and SP4
inductor (stop cylinder is the fiducial numerical value of continuous sensor
in encoder datasheet page): SP4 inductor is single and continuous test
inductor
When normally running, sheet feed to continuous fiber sensor head place
(the edge of sheet is 10-20MM ahead pass the sensor head), SP4 inductor become
light (cam is just in right place); for stop cylinder is when the matched value
of continuous sensor and nowaday value of coder are the same. When adjusting,
it should be inch movement state when sheet feed to ahead pass sensor head
about 10-20MM. When stop, turn the SP4 inductor cam to the place which inductor
begin to become light, for stop cylinder it should set the matched value of
continuous sensor the same or little bigger than nowaday value of coder.

Swing cylinder screen press:


Register test inductor should ensure the screen frame stop in the end
position when machine stop in fixed position;
When sheet feed to single fiber sensor or continuous fiber sensor, cam
touch with the SP4 inductor and output the signal;
When sheet is deliveried out to delivery fiber sensor, it should ensure
the cam touch with the sheet delivery test sensor and output signal;

Stop cylinder screen press:


The fiducial numerical value of single sensor should be the current value
of coder when sheet is feeded to single fiber sensor place.
The fiducial numerical value of continuous sensor should be the current
value of coder when sheet is feeded to continuous fiber sensor place.
The fiducial numerical value of front-lay sensor should be the current
value of coder when sheet is feeded to front-lay fiber sensor place.
The fiducial numerical value of side-lay sensor should be the current
value of coder when sheet is feeded to side-lay place, when after the action
of side-lay.
The fiducial numerical value of EXP. Sensor should be the current value
of coder when sheet is deliveried to sheet EXP. fiber sensor place.
The fiducial numerical value of pointing stop test should the current
value of coder when the machine start to stop and ensure the screen frame stop
in the end place.
Don’t adjust the fiducial numerical value of frame run and replace of
1020A, or it will make the screen frame run wrong and damage the machine. Only
when the machine runs for a long time and there is clearance between gears,
it can be adjusted little (from 1965 to 1990).

Fiber sensor detection system failure


Ⅰ、Monitor switch on ,but the system without reaction (detection failure
occurred ,non-stop or separated from pressure)
Reason 1: Button or PLC problem ,cause fiber sensor amplifier without working
power(1 level possibility)
Examination and disposal: contrapose the circuit diagram to check the sensor
amplifier’s power output (marked as ES # X # power) whether normal
working .If not ,please contact the supplier.
Reason 2: Fiber sensor amplifier setting error ,can not receive the output
signals normally (2 level possibility)
Examination and disposal: contrapose the fiber sensor adjust manual ,to check
the fiber sensor amplifier’s setups ,if use paper to cover the head of the
sensor , the amplifier’s indicator light on ,and the PLC’s corresponding
input light on ,means the fiber amplifier is correct; if not, check the fiber
sensor amplifier.
Reason 3: Fiber head/line problem , fiber sensor amplifier output last
lighting(3 level possibility ,the highest)
Examination and disposal: check whether the amplifier output indicator last
lighting when there is or non paper covered the fiber sensor;
1).The fiber sensor head is covered by small things or dusty , advise to
clean it termly.
2).The middle of the fiber sensor line is break down or connect
directly ,advise to change a new fiber sensor.
3).The fiber sensor line’s thrum on amplifier side is dirty ,advise to
clean the head.
4).Should using professional cutter or shape blade touring cut, if using
non-professional tools doing cutting work will cause uneven.
5). Fiber sensor line’s thrum should be put into the amplifier completely.
Reason 4: The inductor which conjunction working with fiber sensor (swing
cylinder model) or coder setting (stop cylinder model) setting problem (3
grade possibility, the highest)
Examination and disposal: Check the inductor whether have normal signal ,
non-signal should adjust the inductor or cam’s position ,make the inductor
into normal sense range or change into a new inductor; coder’s current period
should be in 0-2000 when the machine is running in one cycle ,if not ,please

check the coder’s connection ;check the inductor’s cam position or coder’s
setting whether are correct ,according to the fiber sensor and the inductor
or coder cooperating points readjust or reset.

Ⅱ、Monitor open the machine stopped automatically or one piece stop one time
Reason 1: inductor’s sense cam position or coder setting incorrect (1 level
possibility)
Examination and disposal: according to the fiber sensor and the inductor or
coder cooperating points readjust or reset.
Reason 2: Fiber sensor setting incorrect ,no signal always (3 level
possibility)
Detection and disposal: contrapose the fiber sensor adjust manual ,to check
the fiber sensor amplifier’s setups ; use paper to cover the up side of the
sensor ,if the amplifier’s indicator light on ,and the PLC’s corresponding
input light on ,means the fiber sensor amplifier is correct.

Ⅲ、After detect failures ,the machine stopped after print one more piece
paper(one more cycle)or depart the pressure.
Reason: The cam position of Single continously inspection (paper delivery
inspection)and setting inspection are not in right place or the encoder setted
value is wrong.
Examination and disposal: the cams position which is corresponding to single
continuously inspection and paper delivery inspection should be a little ahead
of setting inspection inductor; the encoder value for stop cylinder machine,
the numerical value of inspection matched value of single sheet sensor,
continuous sensor, front-lay sensor, side-lay sensor, paper delivery sensor
all should be lower than setting stop inspection matched value.

About the EXP. fiber sensor


Ⅰ、Output problem (paper was jammped in the cylinder)non-stop machine
Reason: delivery test inductor cam’s position is incorrect or the coder is
set incorrect.
Examination and disposal: follow the previous steps to readjust the cam
position or reset the coder.

Ⅱ、Output failure(paper was jammped in the cylinder), it print one more piece
Reason: delivery test inductor cam’s position is incorrect or the coder is

set incorrect.
Examination and disposal: follow the previous steps to readjust the cam
position or reset the coder.

Ⅲ、Normally output but counter no work.


Reason 1: The status of delivery fiber sensor is set incorrect (1 level
possibility)
Examination and disposal: follow the previous setps to check the delivery
fiber sensor amplifier’s setup status.
Reason 2: In non-print status (no print blade top and middle position limited
signal)(2 level possibility)
Examination and disposal: Only when the blade system is in the bottom
(combination press printing status), delivery sensor will count for each when
detect the signal.
Reason 3: delivery fiber sensor is blocked(3 level possiblity)
Examination and disposal: Detect the fiber sensor head which is installed in
the delivery board whether is heavy dusty ,whether with ink or sundries
covered ,please clean up, don't use corrosive solvents or sharp object.

Ⅳ、Normal counting but may one sheet counting as 2 or 3times


Reason: delivery fiber sensor detecting distance is set too lower.
Examination and disposal: Normally ,the delivery fiber sensor’s detection
height should be higher then 5cm; when the machine running rapidly ,the paper
on the delivery board may will occur certain height float ,if the sensor’s
detectiong height is lower then 5cm,there may will occur ,one sheet sensed
many times ,please follow the previous steps to readjust the detection height.

Ⅴ、However adjusting, the optical fiber have no response, but change to


another printing substance it's ok, which is not normal.
Reason: printing substance problem.
Examination and disposal: cann't solve the problem, because the optical fiber
sensors transmit the red light, when after receiving the light which reflected
back by printing substance (or other covering), the amplifier has signal; if
some of the special paper with good light, no light reflection, resulting in
no fiber light received, the amplifier never been able to have normal signal
Note: this problem also will make single inspection, continuously inspection,
side-lay inspection and front-lay inspection wrong.

FRAME RUN process:


1、Stop the main printing part (any point is ok), and be sure
to unlock the emergency stop button;
2、Check the air source and it should be more than 0.55MPa,
which should be rich and stable;
3、Press the button of FRAME RUN, alarm rings, press it in 3
seconds again;
4、The printing holder is lifted in top place (if it's already
in top place, jump to next step automatically);
5、Ink Receiver is in the front place (if it's already in the
front place, jump to next step automatically);
6、Screen frame run automatically to rack disengagement place
(if it's already in rack disengagement, jump to next step
automatically);
7、When screen frame runs stably and stop, the cylinder for
rack disengagement works, the rack is up;

During 4-7 steps, if any step hasn't been finished, please


press the FRAME REPLACE button to reset it. Then check the reasons:
①、The SQUEEGEE TOP LIMIT sensor (SQ2) is abnormal, damaged
or place is not right.
②、The Ink Tray Front sensor (SQ7 ,in Ink Receiver cylinder)
is damaged or place is not right.
③、Frame stop place exceed the aimed place, the Nowaday Value
of Coder should be more than “ Frame run and replace Value” or
less than 5;

replace Value” can be checked
in “Fiducial numerical value”

④、Air pressure is not enough or air source is not stably,
rack can not be up or just a half.
Note:
1、After the rack is up, before the frame is out, please locate
the current place of frame by setting magnetic disk, which is
prepared for locate the place when replace;
2、After the rack is out, can adjust, clean for cylinder and
side lay, as well as the adjusting for paper's delivery. Main
printing part can run step or continuously. The distance for frame
out should be less than 60cm, ensure the second group slide block
of frame transmission guide rail don't break away the guide rail,
or the frame will drop because of heavy and damage the third group
slide block;
3、When step 6 stops, the frame place corresponding to Nowaday
Value of Coder should be more than " Frame run and replace Value
" or less than 5.
The “Nowaday Value of Coder” and “Frame run and replace
Value” can be checked in “Fiducial numerical value” page of
touch screen.
4、Before make the frame out process it should check the air
source, if the air is not enough, the rack disengagement can't work,
or it will stop during the rack is up.

The process of Frame Replace


1、Main printing part/cylinder run stop (any point is ok), and
be sure to unlock the emergency stop button;
2、Pull the frame in, locate and confirm the frame place by
setting magnetic disk;
3、Press the frame replace button, alarm rings, press it in
3 seconds again;
4、Main printing part/cylinder run to rack replace place (if
it's already in replace place, jump to next step automatically);
5、When it runs stably and stop, the cylinder for rack
disengagement works, the rack is down;
6、Alarm buzz, Ink Receiver is in back place and all actions
are finished.

After the frame is pulled in, press the frame replace button,
there is no any response:
①、Please check the frame place is right or not, or after the
rack disengagement, adjusted and assembled, there is a certain
bending which make one of the frame limit 1(sensor SQ9) and frame
limit 2(sensor SQ10) without signal or both without signal; if the
frame place has deviation, place locate it exactly, if the frame
is bending which should adjusting again;
②、Air pressure is low, if there is air pressure alarm;
③、The place of Rack Replace exceed the aimed place; when the
main printing part/cylinder run to the place of rack replace and
stop, the “Nowaday Value of Coder” should be more than “Frame
run and replace Value” or less than 5;

Note:
1、If after the frame replace, the alarm is buzzing with
briefness, and shows “RACK POSITION ERROR” in touch screen,
please check the rack limit 1/2(sensor SQ11/SQ12), if there is one
side of rack can not fall down normally, don't run the machine (step
or run) for the moment;
2、If rack dislocation deviation is little, please push the
wrong side frame, rack will fall down and the wrong malfunction
will disappear.
3、If rack dislocation deviation is large, it should press FRAME
RUN button immediately, but find the cylinder controlled magnetic
valve of FRAME UP, then press the manual test point of magnetic
valve is better, make the rack up again, and after checking the
dislocation reasons(frame bend, rack dislocation of two sides of
cylinder etc), replace again;
Note: Fiducial numerical value page of touch screen, the Frame
run and replace value is 1975, don't adjust it at will, only when
the machine is running long time, when rack/cylinder gear wear,
