Students' abilities are not the same. Although everyone has their own abilities. Inside the classroom, all
types of students should be given the opportunity to show their strength or weakness. There are
students who are shy even though they know the answer to the question. There are students who are
talkative and naturally not shy, which is why they dominate the class and will speak even if they are not
asked.

But if the teacher in the class has a good way so that everyone is given the opportunity to speak, he is
good and efficient.

There are many ways to encourage children to participate in school activities.
