Generation of the “Constancia de Situación Fiscal”

To carry out this procedure, the authority (SAT) offers to the citizens 4 options, which will be
explained below:
Option 1.
1. Access to the SAT website: https://wwwmat.sat.gob.mx/home

2. On the main page, which is “Personas”, select the icon “otros trámites y servicios”
3. Click on the option “Genera tu constancia de situación fiscal”

4. Login with password or e.firma

5. Once on the main page, it is not necessary to fill in another field, just slide the bottom bar
and click on the button “generar constancia”

The download of the certificate will start automatically and can be saved in PDF format
or directly printed.

Option 2:

1. Enter to the website: http://chat.sat.gob.mx/

This gives us the option to start a conversation directly with a SAT advisor.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

2. Select the option “Cédula de Identificación Fiscal”, where the information must be filled
in, to start the chat and thus receive the Certificate

Option 3:

1. Enter to the website: https://satid.sat.gob.mx/ or download the app in your phone: SAT
ID.
2. Select the option “Constancia de situación fiscal con CIF”

3. Follow the next steps:

- Enter RFC
- Personal email
- 10-digit cell phone number
 Generation of the “Constancia de Situación Fiscal”

4. Enter the documentation required by the authority. (Must be legible to avoid rejection)
5. Confirm the identity through a video.
Note: The user must be speaking in front of the camera, only the phrase indicated in the
same portal.
6. Sign the application.

The folio of the application will arrive directly to the cell phone number that was registered
previously.

Option 4:
The application can be submitted directly at the SAT offices, for the generation of this procedure
it is NOT necessary to have an appointment.
