SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENTS:

I, WELLIE BOY B. ARRUBIO, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at
Rambutan St., Bangkal, Davao City, Philippines , do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT
ROLECIA M. TURTOR, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Tagum City, Philippines, to be my lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special power, to
wit:

1. To get, receive, claim,and/or request before the Registry of Deeds (ROD), and other appropriate
government entities and agencies relative to the unclaimed documents of the following:
a. FIDEL VILLAREZ – Affidavit of Loss (EJS)
c. CONCEPCION CABILLANES- 2020 Affidavit of Loss
d. ALFREDO PAGUE/ ANTONIO BUSCADO – Affidavit of Loss
2. To execute, endorse, sign, claim and receive any and all papers and documents pertaining to the
above mentioned authority;

3. To perform all act necessary and requisite in carrying into effect the authority above stated.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite necessary or proper to be done and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in persons;
and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents;
