COMPUTER-BASED NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT TEST (CB-NAT)

Instructions: This M&E Tool aims to evaluate the readiness of the testing
personnel, sample school, sample test takers, testing room, and testing equipment
for the conduct of the Computer-based National Achievement Test (CB-NAT). This
tool shall be used onsite by the Regional Monitors. All APPLICABLE indicators must
be observed by the sampled schools and the participating Schools Division Office.
Otherwise, technical assistance from the Regional Monitors shall be given to the
sampled schools until they meet the desired preparation standards of the Regional
Office. The Regional Office acknowledges the confidentiality of the test materials
that are limited to the testing personnel. This M&E Tool was made based from the
discussion points of the CB-NAT by the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA).
M&E results and findings derived from this tool shall be within the Regional
Monitors and the target M&E participants only.
