OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

Phase 1: Assessments

Assessments will be used in conjunction with structured interviews and


other selection tools to provide evidence needed to accurately assess a
potential candidate and their �it into the Agoda brand. The tests include
evaluations of leadership and interpersonal styles; quantitative and
analytical skills; pro�iciency in strategic thinking; ability to handle stress;
and other factors essential to managerial success.

Phase 2: Video Interviews Phase 3: Face-to-Face Interviews

GENERAL INTERVIEW TIPS

In general, Agoda utilizes the CAR (Context-Action-Results) interview method known


for its competency-based and evidence-based questions. You may be presented
some theoretical-based questions or case studies.

Explain We want to understand how you think, so explain your thought process
and decision-making throughout the interview. Let the interviewers know what you’re
doing and why.

Question Feel free to question and clarify the problem with the interviewers to
make sure your answer are spot-on. Remember that interviews are a two-way process:
our interviewers love to have more of a discussion than the usual Q&A, so please ask
questions you want clari�ied.

Improve Think about ways to improve the solution you present. In many cases, your
�irst answer may need some re�ining and further explanation. We never look for the
“perfect solution” but always try to come up with an “optimum solution” when
presenting business case.
