introduction
well, the theory of x and y I think they are important to determine which is the best choice and to
know what type of leadership is the most convenient for a common good in a given company or
organization.
Develop
I think that the theory of y is the most appropriate to carry out the development of the staff
correctly, since in this way they learn to make decisions individually and, in those moments, they
think what is the most viable option and the best obviously.
On the other hand, the theory of x is more authoritative and I think that with this the employees
cannot make important decisions within the company and that of being behind the staff all the
time, as it is not my way of working but you also have to take into account that in all companies,
they are based on the results obtained and obviously in either of the two theories it is necessary
to work together with the work team in order to reach the goals established in the company.
conclusion
both are good ways to keep track of the staff since there are two for a reason so that you cannot
know which is the most efficient but the and is the one that one as an employee would like to be
used in our jobs but the The most used in the different companies is the x, which is an
authoritarian model and there is no voice or vote in the company and I don't like that. It is better
to participate so that the company comes out together.
