SCOPE AND DELIMITAITONS

This feasibility study will cover the study upon the establishment of “Everything Jarred” (not necessary,
dapat specific ang scope “nasasakupan” place, people to be interviewed/surveyed, how/where to gather
info.). It will be conducted to know the viability and to know whether the concept of manufacturing jarred
foods will be marketable. The study will focus on two (2) main things; first, the viability of this business and
second, the skills involved in preserving the products itself that the business is trying to sell.

The study will be conducted in Dasmariñas City Cavite (specific location). The selection of the respondents
are only aspiring retailers or resellers. Howbeit, people who are not willing to be a reseller will not be
included in this study because this study focuses on manufacturing and will not have a physical store.

President
Duties

Production and Logistics Manager


duties
• Oversees the production process, reducing costs whenever possible and making sure products are
produced on time and are of good quality.
• Supervises production processes.
• Fosters teamwork, discipline and continuous improvement within the production.
• Works closely with other managers of the company to ensure proper implementation of the company’s
policies and goals
• Is responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee
vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back up for absent employee and shift rotations.

Job Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial engineering
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the manufacturing industry
• Has expert knowledge in furniture

Duties
• Is responsible for the manufacturing of the products
• Is responsible for ensuring the quality of the products
• Follows recipe to ensure the quality of products
• Inspects and replaces damaged products
• Interacts with clients to obtain information on how to improve the products

Job Qualifications
•Has some experience in cooking even if not as a profession
• At least High School graduate
• Wide range of knowledge about cooking
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common for the cooking area
• Knowledge of sterilizing techniques.
• Ability to estimate time and materials needed for assigned products to manufacture

Delivery Man
Duties
• Determines appropriate routes and maintain schedule
• Keeps the vehicle in good condition
• Assists in loading and unloading of delivery packages
• Reports all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company equipment

Job Qualifications
• A Professional Driver’s License
• At least three (3) years of work experience as a company/executive/family driver.
• Familiar with places around Cavite
• With good working attitude, flexible and self-motivated
• Willing to work on extended hours
• Highly attentive to given instructions
• Has good communication skills

summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
• Publishes pricing schedules by verifying freight rates, charges, and allowances.
• Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and
product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
