AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

That I, FLORABEL Y. PATEO, of legal age, married, Filipino and

resident of Brgy. Cutay, Sta. Fe, Leyte, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby depose and say;

1. That I am one of the vendee of an unsegregated portion of Lot

1143, Case 16, Cad. 495-D situated at Brgy. Cutay, Sta. Fe., Leyte.
Consisting an area of 200 sq. meters more or less, embraced by OCT No.
P-89710 registered by GEDELIZA B. CABELIC;
2. The above-described property had been acquired by me through
purchased from PEDRO G. CABELIC by virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale
of Unsegregated Portion of Land dated March 06, 2020 under Doc. No.
517, Page No. 105, Book No. XCVI, Series of 2020 of the Notarial Register
of Atty. Edwin B. Jomadiao, machine copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale of
Unsegregated Portion of Land is hereto attached and marked as Annex
“A” and made integral part hereof;
3. That at present the Original Certificate of Title No. P-89710 is
being hold by one of the heir, thus could not lend to us;

4. That said document is being one of the requirement for transfer

of ownership;

6. That our interest over the above-described property was being

sold to us by, Pedro G. Cabelic as per Deed of Sale as above-mentioned;

7. That I would like to request that the said affidavit of Adverse

Claim be registered and annotated in the Register of Deeds, Leyte;
CENRO and LAMP, Palo, Leyte; and the Municipal Assessor’s Office, Palo,
Leyte to protect our interest and rights over a portion of the above-
described parcel of land.
