Installation
Installation includes inspection, porterage, placement,air
pipe connection and power wire connection. Please read the
following content careful in order to insure.
1、Inspection
Please check carefully whether the dryer has been damaged
during transportation when opening the packing. To check the
accessories according to the packing list, if any assort &
detection,please notify our company or agents with written form
within 2 days.
2、Porterage
a、The porterage of dryer can be
carried by bores on the base of
dryer.
b、Making sure the load of handling
equipment can meet the request
when porterage.
c、Make sure keeping the balance
of dryer, and avoid inclination or handstand, and handle with
care.

Warning Forbid to carry dryer from side. Because the dryer would
easily fall down and lead to damage of both machine and
personnel if carriage from side.

3、Placement

a、Machine can put without base platform, but the ground must
the level with hardness、stabilization、without shock and the
intensity must can bear the weight of machine.
b、The distance between machine and surrounding objects must
keep more than 1meter (See pictureⅠ). Consider those factors,
such as drain, ventilation and maintenance space during installation.
c、The dryer couldn’t be installed in the following conditions,
moisture, outdoor, high temperature, dusty, and aggressive gas.
4、Compressed air pipe line connection
a、When installed, you must avoid too
>100cm
long pipeline,too much curvatures,too
small pipe diameter in order to avoid
>100cm
pressure drop.
b、When two or more than two machines pictureⅠ
share a dryer, you must consider the air volume and pipeline
whether match.
c、Inlet/outlet of dryer must install bypass valve to easy maintain.
d、When installed pipeline, we advise to collocate filter to
filtrate oil and impurity on the system(See picture Ⅱ).
e、When installed pipeline, we advise to collocate muffler
outside, and drain muffler timing.

Notice After finished piping, please open drain valve if has, so that
it can discharge impurity or dusty on the pipeline after entering
compressed air ( please close manual drain valve after opening
few seconds.)

5、Power cord connection

a、Users need prepare the circuit breaker or fuse follow nameplate.
b、Please connect with ground or other protection switch in
order of safety.
c、Check again after finishing connection follow nameplate
information to make sure whether voltage is right, each points
are tighten. If the fixing point looses caused by long term
transport or others, please tighten again.
d、The diameter of power supply can be chosen follow the
current value on nameplate.

Operation
The operation includes those items, startup, stop, debug, record
and so on. User should understand the structure of machine, the
way to read and record the data in the meter.

2、The principle of air dry

When wet compressed air passes into working tower by air
operated valve from the bottom of the tower. The moisture in
compressed air adsorbs by dry desiccant, and pressure dew point
of compressed air would reach -40℃ after adsorbed. Lots of
compressed air after dry passes to air supply scene by check valve.

valve, and then passes into no-working tower after raising

temperature, and brings out moisture in no-working tower by muffler.
After this,it comes true the purpose of desiccant regeneration and
reaches the effect of circulate dehumidification. The whole circulate
system needs 8 hours, per tower works 4 hours, at the same time
regenerative tower heats 2 hours, blow cooling needs 118 minutes,
supply pressure 2 minutes, The dryer can keep dehumidifying when
two towers operate alternative. It makes sure desiccant dry deeply
and energy saving by adapting to heat regeneration compressed air
and raising its temperature. The regenerative air consumption is 7%.
3、The explanation of main instrument and control switch
3.1 、Main instrument
Air pressure gauge of dry tower uses to show compressed
air pressure of the dryer. Mpa and kg/cm2 representatives unit
of pressure. When reading, look at the opposite scale value and
add the value of unit.
3.2 、Main controller
a、Power supply protection switch is used to control and protect
main equipments, and make sure safe of the machine.
b、ON/OFF Switch uses to control dryer running or stop.
c、Temperature switch uses to control the temperature of
adsorption dryer.
d、Low pressure protection switch is used to control the inlet
pressure of adsorption dryer
e、Solid state relay is used to control open or break of heater.
3.3 、System composition
Controller is made of microcomputer processor, LCD and
temperature sensor. The function of LCD is to show procedure
parameter, alarm information, input calculate data, start/stop
order and so on.

3.4 、The function of LCD

It shows running condition and relative parameter, setting or
modifies heating and pre-cooling time by LCD. These would be
easier to normal operation and take record for user. The detail

3.5 、Operation ways of LCD

condition and operation indicator on LCD. Those would know
the operation condition of dryer; LCD is like as picture.

3.6 、Start process

a、Choose the right 3 phase power and compressed air supply.
b、Close outlet cut off valve,pressurizing dual dry towers to
steady state slowly.
c、Open control circuit (non fuse
switch) on electric control box, power
supply indicator lights. LCD shows
the original pictures, as picture Ⅰ,
so the dryer is prepare well.

d、At this time, press [compilation],
enter password as picture Ⅱ,input
password *password is 000123* then
enter setting page.
e、Move cursor to running parameter picture Ⅱ

retrun, and then press [confirmation], picture Ⅳ

the dryer startup, and page enters to operation page, like

3.7 、Stop process
Press [OFF] after dryer operating. The dryer enters delayed
stop condition, and stop dryer automatic after finished delay.
Remark: it is failure to press [compilation] during operation,it
would be available when dryer stop.

3.8 、Parameter setting and data enquiry

a、Pressing [compilation] would enter password setting page
during dryer stop. You can follow the page show【▲】or
【 】 to set parameter after input password.
b、You can data query both in the
condition of operation and stop.

search page when need query, and
press [▲] or [▼] to read the query

Maintenance

The purpose of maintenance makes sure the dryer operating

normal and air quality. The maintenance can be divided into
daily and periodic.
1、Maintenance protects daily
a、Check whether working pressure is normal or not after
startup the machine and input compressed air.
b、Check whether inlet temperature is normal or not after startup
the machine and input compressed air.
c、Check whether pressure meter is normal or not after startup the
machine and input compressed air.
d、Check whether auto drain valve of prefilter is drain or not after
dryer operating normally.
e、Check whether all parts are working normally after dryer
operating normally.
2、Periodic maintenance protects
a、It needs to check muffler working condition per month, if
muffler can't exhaust or noise loud, you must clean or replace.
b、Check and tighten all the bolts and all kinds of fixing per year.
c、Check and tighten all of the electrical connection per year.
NOTICE
d、It needs to check the air quality in fixed time. It is the time

to check the absorbent loading level or replace adsorbent when

dew point is higher than normal value at long time, dry indicator
of dry tower is lower than wet condition or there is lots of powder
on the special filter used after adsorption dryer.

Please use original adsorbent to make sure the dryer operating

steady long time. This adsorbent has strong adsorbability and
wear resistance.

Point out malfunction and simple repair

There are many reasons caused malfunction, detail as follow：

Quality Guarantee

Before dispatched from our factory, dryers have been

performance testing and product inspection. Guarantee period
is 12 months from dispatched from factory (other agreements
are based on the written). If dryers are destroyed during guarantee
period, we will repair it free. However, we don’t have the
responsibility when it is broken by the following reasons: by
transport, collision, visitation of providence, battle, etc; don’t
use according to our manual; don’t repair by our company
service personals, meanwhile, some indirect conditions lead to
the distorters during guaranteed time, we also refuse to take
responsibility.
Our company advises all buyers: when you find something
wrong with our products, please notice us or our agent, we will
let our service personnel to deal with malfunctions. Please do
not amend the system by yourself, because forcing to operate
the machine will cause damage.
