OPERATIONAL BUYER MODIG MACHINE TOOL KALMAR

We are growing at a rapid pace, and we want to strengthen our purchasing organization and processes with a new
position. Are you interested in a role as an operational buyer who thrives in a dynamic environment and where you
share our passion for technology?

You will work side by side with a dedicated team of four people. You will be responsible for the operational support
towards all commodities to secure highest possible delivery reliability for Modig Machine Tool. Main tasks are within
the daily flow in procurements such as planning, call offs, purchasing, monitoring on time delivery, and updating
parameters in the ERP system. You will also coordinate project material and support after sales regarding spare parts.
Tracking and reporting consignment stocks is also part of your job. You will provide our strategic buyers with
documentation for negotiations and follow-up of our suppliers. Besides the supportive part you will also be responsible
for a number of suppliers for indirect purchasing which mainly consists of productions supplies, office supplies and
services.

To be successful we believe you have

 A post-secondary education on purchasing or logistics

 Experience of administrative work with advantage in purchasing/call-off
 Good knowledge of Microsoft office and major ERP system
 Great communication and a team player
 Excellent skills in spoken and written English

It is meritorious if you have experience from the technical sector and knowledge in Monitor ERP system
