I. Overview
Vacuum suction truck is particularly suitable for sewage sludge pumping,
removal, loading and unloading. The car is modified with Dongfeng series car
chassis, with the following advantages:

1, has enough suction vacuum.

2, provides secondary protection for vacuum pump to prevent contamination

into the pump body.

3, vacuum pump drive by manual operation, convenient clutch.

4, hydraulic oil pump and vacuum pump synchronous reliable reliably.

5, adopts oil pressure flip tank and fully discharge mud.

6, has beautiful appearance, easy operation and good performance.

This manual describes the correct operation method and maintenance essentials

of the car, and hopes to be fully read before use.

The vehicle sludge, sewage inhalation operation in a high vacuum state, to pay
special attention to its operation method.

II. Operation method

1, considerations
(1) Appropriate rotation number of maintaining the vacuum pump:

The number of vacuum pump revolutions is too high, the rotor heating increases;

too low speed causes engine shock, components cause additional impact, affect life,

appropriate working speed, and adjust the maximum adjustment position of the good

throttle in advance.

1, take lightly during installation, do not allow beating or tapping.

2, pump about 200 ml before use to clean vacuum pump oil.

3, Press the rotation indicated by the red arrow and select the flange installation.

The rotation is wrong, can not play the role of vacuum, and also has a certain

damage to the pump.

When the first time 4, uses the vacuum pump, please run at a low speed of less

than 300 for 1 minute, and check the leakage and heating up of the pump body.

In the initial stage of 5, new pump is put into operation, completely replace

lubricating oil once after 10 hours, etc. Change oil after work every 50-100 hours. If

the vacuum pump is pumped, inlet or deteriorated, oil shall be replaced immediately.

The 6, shall carefully check the dredging situation of the vacuum pump oil pipe

at any time, and eliminate the blockage and other faults in time.
 7, vacuum pump problems to our department in time, do not remove privately,

otherwise not the responsibility of the "three guarantees".

(2) Tcans on flat ground

The can on the inclined road will not only cause deformation of the components

and lead to failure, but also cause a rollover accident.

(3) Open the rear door fan before unloading the mud, and avoid to close the

front door fan turning can, due to the danger of turning over after moving the center

of gravity.

When the (4) clutch oil pump extraction box and the vacuum pump extraction

box, the engine is idle, and completes the pedal of stepping into the clutch, and

slowly lift the clutch pedal.

Special attention for (5) cars when driving: put the suction box operating lever

in the middle position.

The (6) shall not be used to inhale and transport waste oil and hazardous

materials.

(7) Support rods and safety blocks must be used when raising the sludge tank

into the tank bottom or overhaul.

When (8) transports sewage, the hand rear door and window clamping device

must be used. Because there is no wave board in the tank and a high center of gravity,

the vehicle must drive at medium and slow speed without heavy sharp turning and

sharp braking.
2, suction ation method
(1) Preparation before the inhalation operation

The A, closes the back door.

 B, Observe whether the vacuum pump oil and gas separator lubricating oil is

correct.

(2) Operation sequence

A, Press the clutch pedal, push the suction box operating lever (2) to run the

vacuum pump (3) and slowly release the clutch pedal

The B, turns on the alarm switch (in the cab).

The C, pulls the throttle handle to the maximum position and observes the

tachometer to 700-900 rpm.

The D, puts the four-way valve (5) transfer handle lever in the suction position,

and check whether the gas pipe exhaust air is correct, the vacuum pump operates

differently, and whether the vacuum meter is normal.

E, Remove the suction hose from the vehicle and put it into the mud well to

make the suction hose in a straight or free bend, shall

(3) Operation Precautions

Stone, cotton yarn, leaves and other impurities with A, greater than 50mm will

the sewage suction ball valve, and it can easily damage the valve core.

C, suction sludge progress, should often move the suction pipe, when inhaled

high viscosity sludge, occasionally inhaled air and water, can improve the pollution

efficiency.
3, Sewage discharge method
After the muddy water is separated, open the drainage ball valve (10) and
absorb the mud repeatedly after the sewage discharge. The operation method is as

follows.

The (1) places the four-way valve (5) transfer lever in the "neutral-valve"

position, and then places the drain ball valve in the "open" position.

The (2) places the four-way valve conversion in the discharge position, and the

vacuum pump continues to operate, then the tank will be quickly discharged with

compressed air sewage.

When (3) pressure drainage, open the discharge ball valve first to pull the

four-way valve (5) in the discharge position to avoid too high pressure in the tank,

accident and affecting the sealing of the tank door.

4, Sludge discharge method
(1) Press the clutch, dial the pneumatic reversing valve (1) to the on position

(free) or push the suction box to operate the longitudinal rod (2) (Dongfeng) to run

the pump.

(2) opens the tank door ball valve (11) to drain part of the sewage and reduce

the partial pressure in the tank to communicate with the atmosphere.

(3) Release the tank door lock tightening device (12), loosen the handle, and

remove the screws completely.

(4) places the tank door opening and closing rod of manual reversing valve (4)

to "open". Before opening, confirm that the tank pressure is the equivalent of

atmospheric pressure, and opening it under negative pressure will damage the tank

door sealing ring and cylinder.

The (5) places the flip valve lever of the manual reversing valve in the Up

position.
 (6) Recovery operation after sludge discharge: put the flip tank operation in the

"drop" position, and check the following contents after the safe drop.

A, Check that the tank door flange and sealing ring are attached with dirt and

wash with a brush brush.

B, places the tank door open closing lever to "closed" and securely closes the

door fan.

The C, will tighten the device screw, insert the tank side screw and turn the

handle until the door fan is pressed.

5, High Pressure Cleaning Operation Instructions
The 1, water tank is filled with fire water to open all the switches

of the high pressure pump.

2, starts the engine, press the clutch, open the single gear switch

and slowly release the clutch.

3, opens the manual multiplex valve and allows the high

pressure coil to turn the high pressure pipe into the sewer.

Open the water valve when the water enters the high

pressure pipe, and the refueling door works after the

pressure gauge reaches 20MPA.

III. Maintenance and maintenance

1, considerations for 1, rotation axis
Check the rotating shaft and check the direction coupling for abnormal shaking

and relaxation before operation.

Do not repair bad parts to operate, side to the pump and power tor and other

main devices bring bad results.

2, oil and gas separator (lubrication for vacuum pump)

Separated oil used as vacuum pump lubricant, but the separated water will be

stored at the bottom of the box, so after the operation, forget to drain, will be inhaled

into the pump to cause sintering and other faults, the oil used for a long time to

reduce the lubrication and gas tightness.

Therefore, the interior should be cleaned regularly and the oil replaced. The oil

volume should be supplemented to the middle carving line under the oil gauge when

the vacuum degree is about 93 MPa. Use HT-40# mechanical oil and clean the

interior once a month.

3, gas and water separator with check valve (see Figure 3)

Prevent the failure of the automatic suction device in the tank, the device that

works automatically to prevent sewage from entering the pump, inhale the sludge

with more oil, it is easy to replace the ball seat and ball fixing period. In addition, it

is easy to accumulate sewage during the operation, so after the end of the operation

must drain the floating ball.

4, rear tank door stepping device

After long-term use, dirt occurs inside, and the hand wheel shall not be

tightened, so the interior should be decomposed and cleaned every 6 months, and the

grease should be properly supplemented.

5, supplementary grease
Hydraulic working oil for 20 # mechanical oil in winter and 30 #

mechanical oil in summer.

V. Installation and use instructions of liquid level control alarm

The liquid level control alarm is the update and replacement product of our
company, with the advantages of exquisite design, beauty, excellent performance,

convenient installation, simple operation and long service life.

Use method:
1, turns on the hydraulic controller power switch, and the control power supply

of the controller indicates that the red light is on. When the liquid in the tank is

pumped, the liquid is full, give the alarm, and automatically stop the engine.

The 2, operator shall timely switch the four-way valve in the middle position to

eliminate the vacuum in the tank and prevent the remaining vacuum from causing the

liquid to overflow the tank.

3, turns off the controller power switch and restart the engine to other operating

states.
